Vitani is a female Lion and a reoccurring Antagonist in the War of the Pridelands Trilogy, first appearing in A Hyena's Tale (Fanfic) as one of the Tertiary Antagonists. She is the only daughter of Scar and Zira.
Background[]
Vitani was born as the second cub of Zira and Scar during the latter's reign over the Pridelands. However, Scar disliked Vitani just as much as he disliked her older brother, Nuka. When he adopted Kovu, however, Vitani and Nuka were shocked that he was getting the love that was denied of them, causing strain to go through the relationship they had with him.
A Hyena's Tale (Fanfic)[]
When the Cobra, Ushari, summons them to the Volcano, Zira and her cubs meet Scar. Vitani and Nuka listen in mere Jealousy as Scar praises Kovu as usual. The ghost then goes on to tell them of his plan to take over the Pridelands. At that moment, Reirei and Kiburi, two of Scars generals, return after a failed mission and are introduced to the Outsiders. Scar then tells them his newest plan.
The next day, the Outsiders lead an attack on Thurstons herd, getting the Lion Guard's attention. Later, when Zira makes him really mad, Kion unleashes a very Powerful Roar that blows Vitani and the Army of Scar back, causing them to fall back.
A few days later, The Army comes to the Backlands to wipe out the Leopards and Komodo Dragons. Vitani, Kovu, Nuka, and two of Kiburi's Crocodiles come to try and kill the Royal children. When the oldest son, Haraka, insuts Kovu, Vitani, Nuka, and their reptile allies begin to chuckle, only to be silenced by a furious Kovu. Vitani then tries to snag Radi, the eldest sister. The evil group then gives chase to the rest of the siblings. When they find them, Radi and Haraka then use a vine to trip them and make the older cubs and Crocodiles trip and fall down a hill.
Later, when a cavern lake is released, putting out the fires, Vitani and the other Outlanders are washed away. When Scar Snout orders them to leave, Kovu stand s up to him and calls to his siblings for assistance, only to see them running away with the other bad guys in fear.
