Production[]
A sequel to Timon and Pumbaa meets Pat & Stan was planned back in the days when the first one is being written.
During development, Pumbaa's superhero alter-ego was originally "Fart Man", but changed to "Gas Man" for unknown reasons, in fact of a insulting superhero name for a kids' story.
Sequel[]
A second sequel is in the works and will take place in Timon's world, outside of Earth and traveling in the cosmos with Simba, Bunga and Emily joining the gang. Production of the second sequel will start at the end of the year.
Trivia[]
- Like the first one, this story features a bunch of background animals from Pat and Stan's world. Characters like Mr. President and Panther Chief have full roles.
- Brutox from the Pat & Stan episode "Super Loser" appear as the main antagonist.
- When Aunt Martha mentions "He was a material arts fighter, a blue fox and a blue knight." refered the roles of Sean Schemmel, Goku from Dragon Ball Z, Lucario from Pokémon and The Blue Knight from Mew Mew Power, even though Sean Schemmel played these roles aside from Stuart.
