[Kabila] brings up an excellent point. The South Lands, as remote as it is, is open grassland, leaving it the perfect place for Hali ya Hewa to unleash her fury. And I would assume this precedent weighs just as much significance in your lands?
―Tiifu to the other kingdoms on dry lightning

Tiifu is a lioness who resides in the South Lands. She is the daughter of Kabila, which makes her the princess of the Ukweli Pride.

Appearance[]

Tiifu has a cream-colored coat, while her muzzle, underbelly, and paws are a cream that turns gray as an adult. She has her mother's brown tail tuft and olive-green eyes. Tiifu has a small tuft of fur sticking up from her head, light chocolate-brown ear rims, a maroon nose, and three small pink speckles on each cheek.

Personality[]

Tiifu is a very kind, sincere, and sympathetic lioness, with a caring spirit. She is rather curious, going so far as to ask questions even after being warned against doing so. Tiifu is shown to be slightly snarky, petulant, oppressive, cantankerous, and domineering at times. She is a great rule-follower and trusts the judgment of her friends. She is fairly lax in tense situations, but can be serious when she needs to be.

A Wonderful Royal Summit[]

Tiifu and Kabila arrive in the Pride Lands for the Royal Summit. Walking up to Kovu and Kiara, Tiifu says hello to them, stating that it's a pleasure to speak to them. Kiara says that it's nice to see her, asking about Zuri, and Tiifu replies that she is well, inquiring about her and Kovu's cubs. Kovu comments that they're all doing good and that their oldest just married Koti, with Kiara adding that Jasmin has started training for her first hunt. Delighted, Tiifu tells them to give their children her word, and Kabila then calls her to her side. During the summit, Kabila brings up concerns over dry lightning, asking what they will do if such a phenomenon causes fires in their territories. Tiifu backs her mother's point, pointing out that the open grasslands of the South Lands leaves them vulnerable to fires, assuming this issue weighs just as much for the other kingdoms.
