Chapter 9 is the ninth chapter of The Lion King IV: Subira's Beginning by MarioFan65.

(The next morning at the Pride Lands at Pride Rock, Simba and the Pride Landers wake up as they walk through the edge to see what is happening in the savannah)

Simba: *sign* Still no sign of Subira and Jengo yet.
Nala: But still, Timon and his friends haven't return with the grandkids yet.
Simba: If the grandkids are already grown and are brave enough, they have the chance of returning home without these guys since Timon and his friends always hang out everywhere through the falls, shore and oasis.
Nala: That is not the reason why. They should have been back by now since the first hunt.
Kovu: Have anyone seen Subira and Jengo around here?
Kiara: We looked all over in the caves. They weren't in the rooms or the parents.
Simba: No sign of them yet.
Nala: They must have been running late on us for a while.
Kopa: It been a day since we last seen them.
Vitani: We got a family hunt to catch up in the meantime.
Simba: But we're not going to hunt until the grandkids come back.
Nala: Unless we have a confirmation that they are heading back right now.
Zazu: *show up with Rafiki* Sire! We got bad news! A group of rough lions are heading to the Pride Lands.
Rafiki: It's terrible. Someone have been leading them to go through the savannah and reach after Pride Rock.
Simba: Oh no. It can't be happening. This is why our grandkids didn't show up yet.
Nala: Not just that. What is the reason for them to show up in the land?
Zazu: They're rough lions. You won't believe who is leading them to get into our territory.
Rafiki: *gulp* It's Bakari.
Simba: Bakari! I should have known by this. We have to act now. He's not going to go after our pride without justice.
Kiara: Pa, what do we do now?
Simba: We need to call the pride to report to the rough lions.
Kovu: I should call them and bring them over.
Kopa: The Pride Lands is at risk with these strangers heading into our spot.
Vitani: We better kick them off now before they can take over the rock.
Simba: I'll tell them to leave when we get to their spot.
Kovu: *call all the lions at Pride Rock* Everyone! The rough lions are coming! We are under attack! To the battlefield. Come on!
Sarafina: What happen?
Sarabi: The Pride Lands is under attack. We must go now to investigate on the attack.
Simba: Everyone together! We are going far from our home to take them down.
Kiara: They better not tell us the news that our kids are missing.
Kopa: We're gonna be really mad if the bad lions tell us the truth about Subira and Jengo.
Vitani: Let's go! We don't have to stand, sit there and do nothing.
Kiara: Battle now, talk later.
Kopa: Whatever the king want to do with us.

(Simba and the Pride Landers leave Pride Rock as Bakari and the Asis Pride are walking into the savannah by scaring off the animals such as the elephants, zebras, flamingos, antelopes, gazelles, wildebeests, baboons, monkeys and other birds in the grass as well the hippos swimming down to swim away with the crocodiles as Bakari break some logs to find the Pride Landers prior to their arrival)

Bakari: Where are the Pride Landers? I know they're in there somewhere.
Aamori: Bakari, they're not hiding on the logs. They're suppose to be on the ground.
Bakari: Oh really? Do I even look dumb enough to think if they are digging holes or not?
Aamori: You know they live on a sharp rock full of dens.
Asislander #1: Sire, the Pride Landers have arrived.
Asislander #2: And they real mad!
Bakari: Huh? *see the Pride Landers standing still to confront him*
Simba: Bakari.
Nala: The meanest lion of all.
Bakari: Well, well, well. What do we have here?
Kiara: We know who you are.
Kovu: What are you doing in the Pride Lands?
Kopa: Man. These lions look tough as they look.
Vitani: They are far worse than what Zira used to teach us in the Outlands.
Cheetato: *show up with Cheetata* We're late...
Cheetata: Boss, they got away again.
Bakari: I heard. Right now, your focus should be on the Pride Landers.
Cheetata: Pride Landers?
Cheetato: Ah. So this is where the Pride Landers reside. On their own land.
Kopa: Cheetahs? Why do they have cheetahs on their side?
Vitani: Shh. The kings are about to talk.
Simba: Bakari, what are you doing here.
Bakari: Simba, we finally meet. If not, we have ever met through the use of my own pride, or my pride having a conflict with your pride long ago.
Simba: You shouldn't be here. The Pride Lands is closed today. You better pack your bags and get out!
Bakari: We're not trying to go on vacation, we're trying to conquer your Pride Lands after years of injustice.
Simba: What is wrong with you? All the animals have heard a lot of bad things about you. Why are you here? And what do you want?
Bakari: Oh. I just wanted to tell you that your kids are alive.
Kiara: They found Subira and Jengo?
Kovu: Tell us where the kids are?! *growls*
Bakari: Easy there fella. Patience is the key of waiting. Just to let you know, I attacked them for the fall of Zira when you guys were fighting in the gorge.
Simba: Murderer! I know you attacked by grandkids. Get out of the pride now or we'll exile you all the way where Zira and her pride used to stay!
Vitani: I was a Outlander too. I lost my mom and older brother because of their clutches.
Bakari: You should know who I am. I have happen to be the father of the late Zira, the leader of the Outsiders that you have recently killed seasons ago.
Simba: What?! No! It can't be.
Nala: She can't be related to that betrayer of ours.
Kiara: No. What have I done?
Kovu: Is this why they're here to attack us for revenge?
Kopa: That doesn't make any sense how are they related to the Outsiders if the Outsiders used to live in the Pride Lands before they were exiled, then come back here after a fierce fight.
Vitani: Most of the Outsiders were Asislanders. We were them, we became Outsiders and moved to the Pride Lands when Scar took over the Pride Lands at that time.
Kovu: I've done more terrible things more than what Zira and Bakari did.
Aamori: A sweet revenge is coming up and you're gonna be paying the price for solvation.
Simba: You. Tell us where Timon, Pumbaa, Mody and Dacey are.
Bakari: They were there. I attacked them when they were heading home to your stinkin' Pride Lands. Also, they got a girl meerkat with them in which I attacked.
Simba: You should be known of this for everything you caused and hurting my grandkids because of your actions!
Bakari: Few years ago, the Asis Pride and your pride before you were king were at peace. A fight break out when my daughter attacked the other prides and blamed everything for our cases. We parted ways because of your rise of power and split the relationship between us! We worked no more. We're done, we're finished, we're fired. That's it. Step aside. It's my Pride Lands now.
Simba: It's not your home. It's mine, get out.
Nala: Last call Bakari. Go home.
Rafiki: You, sir. Have bad manners and no one want to hire a bad lion like you.
Zazu: In fact, they don't get recognized a lot when they pass away due to hatred.
Bakari: You can't tell me what to do when I begin my attack in the Pride Lands!
Kovu: You better go, man. Self-defense.
Kiara: You heard my mate.
Bakari: Be careful what you wished for... Kiara.
Kiara: How do you know my name?
Bakari: I know everybody names and all the animals that respect the Circle of Life. We are going to destroy the Pride Lands and turn the Asis Pride into one big world under my reign! MY KINGDOM! *roar*
Sarabi: We better stand down and fight back what ours.
Sarafina: This is for the Pride Lands and all of Africa! *roar with the lionesses*
Cheetata: Oh what a shame. The savannah has been made for some animals to attack.
Cheetato: No one seem to care about the Circle of Life in this new generation.
Simba: I'm gonna scratch the ground if you don't leave immediately. *scratch the ground* One, two, three.
Aamori: That's it. We're taking back the Pride Lands.
Bakari: You won't live to see the end of the Pride Lands. Asislanders, ATTACK!
Kovu: Pride Landers, GO!
Kopa: *he and the Pride Landers clash in battle with the Asislanders* For the Pride Lands!
Cheetata: *fight the Pride Landers* For the Asis Pride!
Cheetato: Give me a claw.
Rafiki: *use his staff to hit the Asislanders* Ooga ooga ooga!
Zazu: Claw them, seize them and rip their furs!
Bakari: Never fight! *fight Kiara*
Kiara: Leave my family out of this. *scratch Bakari*
Bakari: Oh! What is wrong with you? *get blocked by Kovu*
Kovu: I found you. *fight Bakari*
Bakari: Oh, you made me miserable and you made me so angry than ever!
Kovu: Why don't you pick somebody your own side when you already got a side. *scratch Bakari*
Bakari: *see his hair getting ripped* My hair! You'll pay for a hair rip. *roar and fight Kovu*
Simba: *scratch two Asislanders* There's so many of them. One of us gotta kick them out of our territory.
Kopa: *knock out each of the Asislanders* Get out! Move! Move! Move!
Vitani: *slap a Asislander* Get them out as fast as we can!
Nala: *hit a Asislander* This is for our pride!
Sarabi: *bump a Asislander* And our destiny!
Sarafina: *roll down a Asislander* Designated to win.
Kovu: *fight Aamori* Not you.
Aamori: What does it feel like to lose a little blood in your body? *scratch Kovu*
Kovu: Augh.
Kiara: Kovu!
Kopa: No! You stay away from my best man!
Bakari: You little bum head. Leave my Asislanders, ALONE! *hit Kopa*
Simba: Kopa!
Kopa: *hurt on the ground* Pa...
Simba: *worried* Kopa. *look at Bakari* Look what you done to my son?
Bakari: There is no son, there is no grandson and there is no Pride Lander left to save YOU!
Simba: You tried to hurt my feelings toward the Pride Landers.
Kopa: Gosh. That boo-boo is gonna leave a mark on my nose.
Bakari: You got more benefits to come, but you shouldn't use your courage more wisely.
Simba: Leave the kids behind this.
Bakari: Are you okay? Are you hurt? Are you going to run away and try to store the world into more happiness so I can't conquer as much lands I want?
Simba: You need to go, or face the consequences.
Bakari: There are consequences in you. Your late king Mufasa failed to accomplished what he could do in his own pride while refusing to make peace with the other prides at that time.
Simba: *roar and fight Bakari* Stop it!
Nala: Simba! *get blocked by the cheetahs* Hey, back off!
Cheetata: Here kitty kitty.
Cheetato: Who's the little princess in the world.
Nala: You step away from me or else. *fight Cheetata*
Cheetata: Ooh. Lioness got me first.
Cheetato: Time for payback! *fight Nala*
Nala: *roar and knock down the cheetahs* Stop it.
Cheetata: Where is your pretty granddaughter?
Cheetato: Is she here right now?
Nala: You never seen her. *claw out Cheetato*
Cheetata: That's for hurting my brother! *claw out Nala*
Nala: No. *roar and attack Cheetata*
Simba: *stand up and fight Bakari as well tripping him down* That's it. Give up all you got.
Bakari: You never tend to quit like a sore loser, do you?
Simba: I will never be a sore loser and never give up my pride 'til the very end.
Bakari: You don't know how to act like a rightful king, do you?
Simba: There are animals here. We are animals. You either like it in here or not.
Bakari: You'll never learn. *laugh*

(Back at the desert, Subira, Jengo, Timon, Pumbaa, Mody, Dacey and Laurel grab some fruits and use a bowl by creating a cure together while Dogo and Yeshi watch over Adem to wait for the cure)

Subira: We got all the ingredients to cook the cure.
Jengo: It's gonna taste like a medicine, does it?
Timon: Got a pinch of apple.
Pumbaa: A pinch of grape.
Mody: A pinch of a strawberry.
Dacey: A pack of oranges.
Laurel: And a pinch of flowers.
Subira: Alright, we got. Just like we remember from Rafiki's mind, we got the power to cook this cure up.
Jengo: How can you read someone's mind by knowing the memory? Are we like experts or something?
Timon: Experts by friend. We're geniuses.
Pumbaa: A genius is what make a person smarter.
Mody: I'm smart.
Dacey: Me too.
Laurel: Can we stop talking about non-topics thing and create the cure before the lion father pass out?
Subira: Right, we still got a cure to cook.
Jengo: Time to mix them up. *he and everyone mix the cure up*
Timon: Mix it like you're making grub soup.
Pumbaa: Grub soup is the perfect medicine when you're sick.
Mody: It smell like medicine now.
Dacey: A taste of your own medicine you say?
Laurel: Hang in there, we almost got it.
Dogo: It's okay Adem. Everything is gonna be alright.
Adem: The cure better be good.
Yeshi: Hopefully you won't pass out after a brief fight.
Subira: And done. *she and everyone finish the cure*
Jengo: Now it's looking perfect as before.
Timon: Now bring it to the poor lion.
Dogo: Ahem! You're suppose to carry it as a basket.
Timon: Right. Bring it over.
Pumbaa: *he and everyone hold the bowl with the cure carefully* Careful.
Mody: Do not drop it.
Dacey: Reach to the lion.
Laurel: Don't make a sound or a trip. Not even a peep.
Subira: Almost there.
Jengo: We got it.
Yeshi: Pass it over.
Dogo: Open your mouth, Pa.
Adem: Alright.
Subira: Drink carefully without spilling.
Jengo: Just like what Rafiki said.
Adem: *drink the cure and stand up* Ah. Much better.
Yeshi: Adem! *mate Adem*
Adem: It's good to be back together my sweetheart.
Dogo: Alright. We're all together now.
Subira: It worked!
Jengo: I knew the cure was going to work out.
Dogo: It happen to me as well.
Timon: Way a go. Told ya it was going to work out.
Pumbaa: Dah duh duh duhhhh.
Mody: How does the fruit taste?
Adem: Like juice.
Dacey: It's suppose to taste like juice.
Adem: It truly does.
Laurel: It happen to a lot of cures as well. The meerkats back at the jungle did the same thing by curing their own people when sick.
Adem: I'm no longer feeling the pain. I am in better shape.
Yeshi: Just like a true king stand for.
Dogo: I know you got king potential. We just need to overthrown Bakari and Aamori and take our rightful place in the pride.
Adem: The pride must have been built on lies, planned by Bakari and Aamori for years and now, we're taking it back from them for what they have started.
Dogo: We're gonna defeat Bakari and Aamori and save the Pride Lands.
Adem: We better go now and face off the rough lion.
Yeshi: Where do you think the Asis Pride have headed?
Subira: They must have headed to the Pride Lands where the footprints are pointing.
Jengo: We better not sit there and do nothing and head off to the Pride Lands now!
Yeshi: That's where were going.
Adem: Alright my friends. Make way to the Pride Lands now.
Pumbaa: Hop on meerkats!
Timon: *he and the meerkats hop on Pumbaa* I hope it won't be a bumpy ride as riding on a hippo.
Laurel: Reach straight where the footprints are leading.
Pumbaa: Let's go.
Subira: Don't worry Kiara and Kovu, I'm coming for you.
Jengo: We better find King Simba or else.
Dogo: All together now. *he and everyone run out of the desert*

(As Subira's group run out of the desert to head to the Pride Lands, back at the Pride Lands as the Pride Landers are still fighting the Asislanders as Simba continue to confront Bakari)

Simba: Do you know what it like to lose?
Bakari: You'll never know.
Simba: You don't have my respect or anyone else.
Bakari: Observe.
Simba: Excuse me?
Bakari: I've been waiting for this to come. *pin down Simba* Gotcha!
Simba: Hey!
Kiara: Simba! *fight Bakari*
Bakari: What are you doing here?!
Kiara: You can't do this to my own father. *claw out Bakari*
Kovu: *fight Bakari* You leave the Lion King behind this.
Bakari: No! *scratch Kovu*
Kovu: Not the face. It hurt more than getting a scar from my mother.
Kopa: *get up* What a waste of time.
Vitani: Are you okay Kopa?
Kopa: Yes. I am okay.
Vitani: How are we going to stop the fight?
Sarabi: *bite off a Asislander and bite a Asislander's tail* Screwy.
Sarafina: *roar and scratch a lot of Asislanders* Back off!
Aamori: *fight the Pride Landers* Come on. Is that all you got?
Bakari: *run to Simba* It's time to die!
Simba: *hear some noise as Subira's group arrives* What the?
Rafiki: No way. They're here.
Zazu: We got incoming!
Timon: We're here!
Pumbaa: Yo! *knock the Asislanders* Excuse me, pardon me, coming through. Not trying to break a leg in here.
Mody: Whoa, slow down! What's with the rush?
Dacey: There's a lion fight going on and we can't help to stop it.
Laurel: Every animal of the same species have gone into fights like this, just like with the mongooses!
Timon: Well, there's no turning back and we got a battle to contribute.
Pumbaa: For all of our worries, we'll fight back the bad lions!
Mody: For freedom!
Dacey: And justice!
Bakari: Not these freaks again.
Kiara: Subira!
Subira: I'm sorry mother. We came in late.
Kiara: It's okay. We are one.
Kovu: We're family.
Jengo: I'm back. What did I miss?
Kopa: You didn't miss anything. There is a war going on and we have to stop it before they can conquer any pride.
Vitani: That's why we're stop it from happening.
Kiara: All jokes aside. We got a battle to finish.
Bakari: How dare you return?
Dogo: I'm gonna tell you right now. Get out.
Adem: Back away from my friends.
Yeshi: You controlled hundreds. What is wrong with you?
Bakari: I'll never listen to a member like you. A king make up the rules for what the members have to obey. Pay the prices or else, you'll surrender.
Aamori: Give up now. It's over.
Dogo: This time, we're gonna do it my way.
Bakari: Your way?
Dogo: It's on the Pride Lands! *roar and fight Bakari*
Bakari: *fight Dogo* Leave me alone!
Adem: *fight Aamori* Got some scars left?
Aamori: Never! *scratch Adem*
Adem: Gah.
Yeshi: *fight Aamori* Leave him alone.
Aamori: Oh, are you scared of the mean lioness? *scratch Yeshi*
Yeshi: Ah.
Dogo: Mother! *fight Aamori*
Bakari: Where are you going? Come back!
Subira: No! You'll surrender! *fight Bakari*
Bakari: Grr, why listen to a young warrior like you? *fight Subira*
Subira: *beat up Bakari* Enough is enough.
Bakari: You can't even fight! *scratch Subira*
Subira: Ugh! *roar and jump to fight Bakari by beating him while standing*
Bakari: You'll never be queen.
Subira: You were never a good king in my book. *scratch* Bakari*
Zazu: Yeah Subira!
Rafiki: Go pin him down.
Subira: It's all over! *slap Bakari*
Bakari: *growls* I have the time to retreat if I want to retreat now! *fight Subira*
Nala: *bite Cheetato and drop him on the mud* You're out!
Cheetato: Ugh. Not the mud. Disgusting.
Cheetata: You better apologize or I'll tear down your tail.
Nala: No! *scratch Cheetata*
Cheetata: Ooh, sorry. Wasn't a good fight to begin with.
Nala: You shouldn't work with lions as you should focus on hunting on predators than the good guys. *scratch Cheetata and catch up with Simba*
Bakari: *push Subira* Ah ha ha.
Simba: Stop it! *grab Bakari and knock him over while causing a fight*
Bakari: Ah! *scratch down Simba*
Nala: Simba!
Kovu: No!
Sarabi: Not my son.
Simba: Ugh, the pain.
Bakari: *laugh* I've been waiting for the moment to happen. *hold his hand and open his claws* This is for you, Zira.
Timon: Too late! *bite Bakari's ear*
Bakari: Ah! What is wrong with you?
Dacey: Payback! *throw some mud at Bakari*
Bakari: Stop it!
Mody: Outta the way! *drop some dirt at Bakari*
Bakari: Enough is enough!
Laurel: Let him have it. *throw a mango at Bakari*
Bakari: *get hit by a mango* Oof, that hurts!
Pumbaa: *bump the Asislanders* Yee haw! *the Asislanders roar at him as he run* Ahhhhhhhhh! Help me!
Timon: Pumbaa, over here!
Bakari: *pin down Timon* Hey piggy piggy, look what I have here?
Pumbaa: Timon! Ooh, you son of a twit! Ahhhhh! *bump Bakari* Back off!
Bakari: What did I do?
Timon: Oh Pumbaa.
Pumbaa: Uh oh. *surrounded by Asislanders*
Kopa: How many do we have to fight?
Vitani: We're surrounded.
Simba: Oh no.
Nala: We're all gonna lose.
Pumbaa: Not this again. Oh, I'm feeling the pain. Oooooohh, ahhhhhhhhh!
Timon: Pumbaa, no!
Pumbaa: There it comes! *blast out a big gas in front of the whole battle*
Simba: *cough with everyone* What was that?
Nala: Gross.
Timon: Man, you didn't expect to bring that secret weapon on us.
Pumbaa: It happen sometimes when I'm nervous.
Mody: All animals pass gas.
Dacey: But still, it's gross in public.
Laurel: We could have gotten sick if it weren't for the bad smell.
Kovu: What a battle.
Kopa: What was that smell?
Vitani: Gross.
Adem: I shouldn't hit you.
Aamori: I shouldn't be here to smash you.
Yeshi: Just stop. Enough.
Simba: Listen! I know we shouldn't be doing this. For all these years, the prides have been conflicting with each other in wars and we weere gulity of everything we commit.
Nala: We were suppose to be peace with the other prides, but the bad kings didn't listen. We were wrong to think for ourselves.
Kiara: My dad told me that everything the light touches, it belong to us. The Circle of Life move us all when the cycle move around us and give us life when we were put with meat in our bodies and water in our strengths.
Kovu: We are one pride and one destiny. Also, we are one.
Subira: We shouldn't be fighting. Just accept who we are and make peace.
Adem: We were wrong.
Yeshi: All of us were mistreated for years. The parents, the ancestors, everyone.
Dogo: We're just lions after all.
Aamori: *reform* Alright. We'll be making peace with you guys.
Bakari: No, Aamori. Don't! Don't believe the lies for what the Pride Landers are saying.
Aamori: Why would I listen to you when you try to use me as a target and hurt the other animals for seasons!
Bakari: Why won't you guys fight!? No! This is wrong! This shouldn't be the cause of this!
Simba: It's over Bakari. You lost.
Bakari: Why don't you pick on somebody and die! *bite Simba*
Nala: Simba!
Subira: You're not getting away with this! *fight Bakari*
Bakari: Hey! *he and Subira crash and roll over through the cliff*
Dogo: Subira!
Kiara: Where is she?
Kovu: They're near the cliff!
Simba: Everyone head to the cliff, now! Do not trip over a move!

(Simba and the Pride Landers including the Asislander head over to the cliff as they stop by on a slide where they see Subira and Bakari on the ground with the two lions about to face each other for one last time)

Subira: *get up* What are you?
Bakari: I am a warlord, a master, a king, and a conqueror. *laugh*
Subira: You know, I am sorry for not letting Kiara save your daughter during the fall.
Bakari: You weren't here for everything before you were born! *fight Subira*
Subira: Stop! *clash with Bakari*
Bakari: I am more than a outcast!
Simba: Subira!
Subira: *bite Bakari and knock him down* Oof.
Bakari: Ah! *scratch Subira*
Subira: Grr! *roll over Bakari and knock him over*
Aamori: You okay there?
Bakari: *grab Subira toward the cliff* You deserve to die!
Subira: I don't deserve to die. *bite Bakari*
Bakari: Ah! *fight Subira*
Kovu: Stay safe!
Kopa: And be careful!
Subira: *fight Bakari* Is that all you got?
Bakari: Make me. You'll never be princess like your mother!
Aamori: Bakari, stop! You don't have to do this and be this way. We are connected. Also, we are one. Just let go of your ego and let's go home.
Bakari: No! You don't tell me what to do! *scratch the dirt all over the lions*
Aamori: *cough with everyone* How could you.
Dogo: Traitor!
Adem: That guy is a wuss.
Yeshi: He doesn't look like a true Asislander to me. He's acting more than a Outsider now like what Zira did to her pride.
Subira: Back to back with the basic scales. *fight Bakari*
Bakari: *bite Subira* Chewy.
Subira: *roar and scratch Bakari* Grr.
Bakari: No. This is a misunderstanding. I was only teasing you and playing with you.
Subira: *growls* You should have apologize to your actions before you turned out to become the biggest monster of all.
Bakari: I'm never gonna quit being a king! *roar and run to Subira*
Subira: So does your late daughter! *bite Bakari and throw him off the cliff*
Bakari: *fall off the cliff* Nooooooooooo!!!! *bump through the rocks and crash on the ground, ending his journey for good*
Subira: *roar* I am more than a princess. I am... A Pride Lander.
Aamori: Never again, Bakari.
Dogo: The rough king has died and fall to his death in the rocks.
Cheetata: What the? What happen in here?
Cheetato: Where did the king go?
Simba: Go away you two and don't come back near my family. *roar at the cheetahs*
Cheetata: Excuse us. Our mistake!
Cheetato: Let's go hunt down some tiger or something! *he and Cheetata flee*
Aamori: Are you alright?
Subira: Yes. I am alright.
Aamori: Sorry for everything we done to your friends. Get up now.
Subira: Okay. *get off the cliff*
