Plot[]

(Back at the Pride Lands at Pride Rock, Simba is at the edge of the rock as he is watching over the savannah and thinking about life as Nala show up to ask him how the grandkids are doing with their first hunt)

  • Nala: Simba, how are our grandkids doing with their first hunt?
  • Simba: It's going well. I love to see new generations grow up and form a pride of their own one day. It may happen with our grandkids, but that may not be the case as we are striving to live together in one pride.
  • Nala: Hopefully, the new lions will come and join our pride in honor.
  • Simba: Still ruling the big pointy rock through all these seasons and helped the other animals who are in need for help.
  • Kiara: Hey dad. Do you know when our daughter is gonna return.
  • Simba: Any moment now. She and Jengo should be making their way back here in the edge of the rock.
  • Kovu: This rock got a lot of features, does it?
  • Simba: Got a edge, peak and the top of the big pointy rock.
  • Kopa: You know how a pride of lions work.
  • Vitani: I thought Pride Rock was just a large den full of rooms and expanded features.
  • Zazu: *fly* King Simba, the grandkids are returning from their first hunt!
  • Simba: Oh wow. That fast? Their first hunt must have been a massive success in terms of survival and hunting food.
  • Zazu: The kids have returned and they're hurt!
  • Simba: What the? No. It cannot be.
  • Zazu: Rafiki just informed me about it. Look!
  • Rafiki: They're back with a strange lion.
  • Kiara: Strange lion?
  • Kovu: Who is this?
  • Simba: How could this happen? Come on.
  • Nala: We need to check what's going on.

(Simba's pride head down of Pride Rock as Subira and Jengo return to the Pride Lands by holding Dogo following the fight with the cheetahs)

  • Subira: Here we are.
  • Dogo: What is that?
  • Jengo: It's Pride Rock. That's where all the lions in the den reside.
  • Subira: If we can get Rafiki and Zazu to help, that would be great.
  • Dogo: Are they like doctors or something?
  • Jengo: Friends. Just friends that are loyal to King Simba.
  • Subira: Can't say nothing else than a witch doctor. *encounter the Pride Landers*
  • Simba: *roar* Halt!
  • Jengo: Whoa! Hey.
  • Dogo: *trip* Oof. That was a poor hit.
  • Nala: Get away from the stranger.
  • Subira: He's not a stranger. He's a ally.
  • Nala: What kind of ally do you take?
  • Kiara: Who is this? Did the guy did any harm to you both?
  • Subira: No. We were just helping.
  • Kovu: Your first hunt was distracted. Tell us what happen.
  • Subira: Me and Jengo were off to hunting until we encounter a old friend of ours.
  • Jengo: You guys know Dogo, right?
  • Simba: It's an Asislander. We don't allow lions from other prides into our rock ever since the fight with the Outsiders. What is the meaning of this?
  • Dogo: *get up* We were attacked by cheetahs. The cheetahs were after us and someone was spying on our hunt while plotting a attack in your home.
  • Simba: I should have warned you all about strangers and Outsiders. For now on, you guys will no longer be hunting in the Pride Lands until further notice.
  • Subira: No! Why Simba?
  • Jengo: We didn't do anything to warn you all the bad news in the pride.
  • Simba: Our pride is projected to be a secure pride like no other pride who has been attacked by bad lions for years. Never happening again.
  • Kiara: Simba, you can't do this. Not even my first hunt was a bit distracted by the fire.
  • Simba: Sorry Kiara. But I can't. I can't let my father down after the damage Scar caused when all of food and supply were laid down to waste.
  • Nala: Scar did nothing to send us lionesses to go out and hunt and everything was gone, even the low water.
  • Kovu: So you're restricting all the lion prides from coming here? How harsh.
  • Kopa: *show up with Vitani* Pa, it doesn't have to be this way.
  • Vitani: There are some other animals in need of help around the savannah.
  • Simba: Ugh, I can't do what I have to do. I have to protect the pride from predators and bad lions alike.
  • Subira: Grandpa, can you let Dogo in the Pride Lands?
  • Jengo: He's not going to do any harm to all of your homes, I swear.
  • Simba: Last time I trusted a lion, it didn't go well. I was so guilty when I have to exile him out of the pride and realize how big of a mistake I've done when Zira threw a fight at us.
  • Kovu: At least, the banishment was backfired when me and Kiara returned to confront the Outsiders and joined all of us, except for Zira in which she was crushed by a set of logs during the river in the gorge.
  • Subira: So, are we going to let Dogo in?
  • Dogo: *cough* I don't feel good.
  • Simba: Alright. We'll let you in by one condition. No funny stuff.
  • Dogo: I am a little hurt.
  • Simba: Oh no. Rafiki and Zazu, take him to the medical room.
  • Rafiki: We're on our way. *carry Dogo*
  • Zazu: Gosh, he's so heavy as you.
  • Subira: We'll go check on him. We don't know what he's doing.
  • Jengo: We'll lead the way. *follow Subira, Rafiki and Zazu by taking Dogo to the medical room*
  • Simba: Something seem strange about this guy.
  • Nala: We don't know who that is.
  • Simba: Last time the Pride Landers encounter our rivals, he look just like a cub like Kovu.
  • Nala: You know.
  • Kovu: Eh, everyone keep saying that I'm a relative of Scar when I was just adopted. No one knew where my real parents are.
  • Kiara: It's okay Kovu. Everyone got their difference and feelings.
  • Kovu: Everything I know seem to be lost when the Outlands went into waste.

(At the medical room at Pride Rock, Rafiki and Zazu place Dogo down as Rafiki smash some fruits to mix them on the bowl and add in some flowers to crush them up as well to make a cure as Subira and Jengo watches as Dogo is resting through the rock before the cure)

  • Rafiki: Just a little crush of fruits and flowers to make the cure. It's gonna take a while to get you all better.
  • Zazu: Just a pinch of juice like a apple slice.
  • Dogo: Ah.
  • Subira: Do you think he's going to be okay?
  • Jengo: Trust me, he will be alive. It happen to a old friend of mine as well in which we met at school.
  • Rafiki: Ah ha. Almost there.
  • Zazu: Just a little mix of spice left to mix.
  • Rafiki: And now. The cure is all finished. And now, your vitamin drink is served. Open up wide.
  • Zazu: Do not spill. It's gonna taste a little strange. Say ah.
  • Dogo: *open mouth* Ah. *drink the cure* Ah. All better now.
  • Rafiki: Ah ha ha. It worked. The boy is all better.
  • Zazu: I knew the trick is gonna work out like a hack.
  • Subira: Dogo! *hug Dogo*
  • Jengo: The boy's all better.
  • Dogo: *get up* Man, all that curing got me back in shape. Woo hoo!
  • Rafiki: Be careful now. You don't wanna get a little hurt when you go out again.
  • Zazu: Just warning you. If you ever get hurt again, come back any time soon.
  • Dogo: I've never been to a place like this. The Asis Pride never got features like curing a lion in a hospital den.
  • Subira: Glad you're all better now. I think the king need to talk to you.
  • Dogo: Oh jeez. Your king is as strict as Bakari was. Don't remind me of him.
  • Rafiki: *fear* Bakari...
  • Zazu: What was that about?
  • Dogo: Oh, nothing. We're gonna go to the peak and have a talk with the Lion King. See you guys later.
  • Jengo: Let's go see our grandpa Simba in the peak. *he, Subira and Dogo head to the peak of Pride Rock*
  • Rafiki: Bakari. That name sound familiar. Does that name sound familiar to you, Zazu?
  • Zazu: I heard he was a rough lion from the end of the world as told by the animals. Boy, he was as ruthless as the late Scar was.
  • Rafiki: I got a bad feeling about a pride of Dogo's.
  • Zazu: At least, none of them look that bad as Dogo.

(At the peak of Pride Rock, Simba and the Pride Landers are watching over the Pride Lands as they meet up with Subira, Jengo and a cured Dogo with a brief talk)

  • Simba: Hello my kids.
  • Subira: Grandpa, we're back with a cured Dogo.
  • Dogo: Hello there, if you happen to be King Simba.
  • Simba: Nice seeing you there, Dogo. We have a lot to talk about your beliefs.
  • Dogo: Oh, is it anything special you want to tell me?
  • Jengo: I don't think Simba is gonna like this.
  • Simba: So Dogo. We heard about the recent clutches with the Asis Pride. What have been happening to your pride recently?
  • Dogo: Well, the lions back there were at good hands. There have not been a war since day one.
  • Nala: Who is the king of the pride? Your father?
  • Dogo: Bakari is happen to be the king and he's not my father. Not all lion prides you heard of is related to a king of a pride.
  • Kiara: We heard.
  • Kovu: What have been up to the Asis Pride recently?
  • Dogo: I've been hearing words from the king himself. He's been making strict comments about me and thinking I'm not ready to hunt. Do I look like I'm ready to hunt a zebra?
  • Simba: Well kid. Listen, I stopped the newcomers from hunting due to recent events going on. Were you at the recent event when my grandkids were involved?
  • Dogo: Yes. It was the attack with the cheetahs. Your grandkids were there. Bakari must be up to something picky and he's spying to get revenge on your pride. It's true. He knows everything.
  • Simba: Really. You should have been more caution and safe before heading to dangerous areas like this, young lad.
  • Dogo: Trust me, I'm a brave one. Like you.
  • Jengo: Guy's a brave noble warrior like Simba. *giggles*
  • Simba: Very funny Dogo. Look like I'm gonna have to send in some recruits to watch over you while you're at it with my grandkids. It has happen once with Kovu when he stumble through the Pride Lands the other day.
  • Kovu: Uh, how do I fall into these long-distance conversations?
  • Kiara: I ask the same question.
  • Simba: I think our meerkat friends and warthog would like to have a word with you. *call out Timon, Pumbaa, Mody and Dacey* Guys, come here!
  • Timon: *show up with the crew* Yes Simba.
  • Pumbaa: Any important to our scledule?
  • Simba: Guys, I love you all. But make sure this guy doesn't cause any trouble in the Pride Lands.
  • Mody: Wait a minute, who is this guy?
  • Dacey: We don't know who that is.
  • Subira: That's Dogo. We met him in the Asis Pride when we were cubs.
  • Jengo: You guys were there. I was there when we were playing.
  • Timon: Oh! I know who that is. So you must be Dogo everyone in the den has been talking about.
  • Dogo: Yeah. But why do you guys have to watch me like security guards?
  • Pumbaa: Just making sure you don't cause a fuss in our rocks and try to eat our grubs. Ya saying?
  • Dogo: Dude. I'm trying to be cool.
  • Mody: Trying to be cool as a frog, huh?
  • Dacey: You're solid as a rock. I'm telling you. I've seen no lion who want to be trustworthy and honest like the Kovu kid from far away.
  • Dogo: Come on. I'm a brave one. You know I'm saying?
  • Timon: Brave as what a kid used to be, huh? *laugh with his friends*
  • Simba: Guys. Come on. I said to take good care of him, not to make fun of him.
  • Pumbaa: Oh, sorry Simba. I thought he was a loner.
  • Mody: Loner has a lone wolf. Laugh out laugh.
  • Dacey: Have we ever seen a wolf before in the savannah? Anyways, let's not tease him right now and just follow the kid.
  • Kiara: Boys, be sure you keep Dogo out of trouble.
  • Dogo: I'm not going to cause any trouble. I promise.
  • Timon: Alright. Listen fella. You got friends with you, right? We are keeping an eye on you so you don't have to make a fuss or plot a attack on our pride.
  • Dogo: I'm not a bad guy. Listen! None of my Asislanders are as bad as you. And I mean it.
  • Timon: Prove it.
  • Dogo: I'm never bad.
  • Subira: You heard the guy.
  • Jengo: That does it.
  • Timon: Good. No worries. Hakuna Matata.
  • Dogo: Hakuna Ma-put-ta?
  • Pumbaa: Hakuna Matata. It mean no worries.
  • Dogo: Hakuna Matata? What in the world is a Hakuna Matata?
  • Simba: It's something I learned about when I was a cub. When bad things happen, you can't do anything about it, right?
  • Dogo: Yes.
  • Mody: Wrong! When the world goes after you, you put your back against them.
  • Dacey: Try putting your past behind you. It's not gonna get any better than crying over a stack of bugs.
  • Dogo: Where did you learn this Hakuna Matata type motto?
  • Kovu: Was it at Upendi in the jungle of love?
  • Kiara: I don't think it was at Upendi when we did fall in love in the jungle.
  • Timon: We know a place where you can get everything you want. We been there and we loved it there. My colony loved it, my friends love it, my Ma, my Uncle Max, the other meerkat colonies and much more. You're gonna like it.
  • Mody: Even your parents like it too. Come to the oasis with us. You're gonna like it there.
  • Subira: We wanna come.
  • Jengo: Never know what this Hakuna Matata jungle is like.
  • Nala: I can't get through this Hakuna Matata phase. At least, the name sound funny to me.
  • Simba: Nala! The phase is meant to not worry about everything in the world when you went through all the bad luck.
  • Nala: I thought my biggest baddiest luck was getting eaten by hyenas in the Elephant Graveyard.
  • Timon: We're gonna get you to Hakuna Matata right now as we are leaving and making our way to the Jungle Oasis!
  • Subira: Yeah, let's do this.
  • Dogo: A long adventure awaits!
  • Simba: Remember kids. Be back before dark. As for you my friends, keep an eye on them and make sure they don't fall into any sort of trouble like last time.
  • Timon: *salute* Got it, Mr. Simba.
  • Pumbaa: We won't let you down like last time with Kiara.
  • Kiara: Look like I won't need a babysitter to watch me over a cub anymore.
  • Pumbaa: Meerkats, hop on. We're ready to go.
  • Dacey: *hop on with the meerkats* You know, ready doesn't even describe it. But yeah, we got some fun free time to do.
  • Subira: Ready or mark.
  • Jengo: It's not a race. We're hanging out.
  • Dogo: Here we go! *he, Subira, Jengo, Timon, Pumbaa, Mody and Dacey run off Pride Rock*
  • Kiara: Goodbye my friends!
  • Kovu: Take care!
  • Kopa: You take good care, lions!
  • Vitani: Watch out for predators like hyenas and cape dogs alike.
  • Nala: Keep and eye on the falling rocks and don't get crushed.
  • Simba: Stranger danger my friends! Mother nature knows what's going on in the Circle of Life.
  • Subira: Woo hoo! I'm grazing in the grass!
  • Jengo: Can you dig it when you dig it with ya?
  • Dogo: Are you a mole or a meerkat?
  • Timon: I digga tunnah before the hyena comes!
  • Pumbaa: It doesn't get through my tusk.
  • Mody: Ride like the wind, if you were an eagle.
  • Dacey: I can always feel through my fur.
  • Subira: Woo! This is fun.
  • Jengo: Best day ever!
  • Dogo: No need to judge me by my adventurous skills.
  • Timon: There's a whole big world out there and we're up.
  • Pumbaa: Can't wait for the green light.
  • Mody: Upward and onward.
  • Dacey: Wahoo!

(Back with Cheetata and Cheetato, the cheetahs are walking in the grass after their failed attack on Dogo as they walk closely to Bakari standing on a rock)

  • Cheetato: Gosh. That Dogo kid is as fierce as he looks.
  • Cheetata: Even his friends are that strong as a monkey's uncle.
  • Bakari: Well, well. How did you boys did on your hunt.
  • Cheetato: Boss, we tried.
  • Cheetata: We tried to scare him away. But he was fierce as lightning.
  • Bakari: Oh my. First tries are always an impression. You got anything to say?
  • Cheetato: Sir, we failed to get the kid.
  • Cheetata: The kid got away with the Pride Landers.
  • Bakari: WHAT?! How dare you failed to kill that Dogo kid, you little scum of dirtbags! *scratch dirt on the cheetahs*
  • Cheetato: *cough* Hey.
  • Cheetata: We were just trying.
  • Bakari: You should have used your words wisely before you kill the lion. Don't you ever fail me again after one miss!
  • Cheetata: You the one that hire us to kill the lion.
  • Cheetato: He got away on us after a gazelle from last month!
  • Bakari: You don't disobey to a master like me. Such a poor little soul. You should have known better before you can act right and take down the animals. You, failed! Come back when you kill that Dogo kid. We'll be talking more before the invasion in the Pride Lands. *walk off*
  • Cheetata: Bakari, come back! We have a deal!
  • Cheetato: Never heard that strict lion has the tend to hate on us.
  • Cheetata: He break our guts even more.
  • Cheetato: What a wuss.

(Back at the field, Subira, Jengo, Dogo, Timon, Pumbaa, Mody and Dacey are exploring in the savannah as they pass by some zebras, gazelles, elephants and birds)

  • Subira: How big is the oasis?
  • Jengo: Is it far from the desert?
  • Timon: Not all jungles are located in a desert. When Scar took over the Pride Lands, the whole grassland became a wasteland and almost everything turned into a desert. Our entrance to the jungle was effected by this! Anyways, the entrance to the jungle is now full of grass and waterfalls.
  • Pumbaa: Even a river for the animals to drink water.
  • Mody: You can't mess with the program, right?
  • Dacey: The Jungle Oasis is far away and we can't wait to go there.
  • Dogo: We can't wait to go there.
  • Subira: Yeah. Me too.
  • Timon: We'll see how the jungle goes with all of your expectations.
  • Pumbaa: Fingers crossed, if I ever stand on two feet like Rafiki.
  • Jengo: Baba bing, baba boom.

(Few miles later, Subira and Timon's gang arrive through a river, leading to the way to the Jungle Oasis)

  • Subira: I found a river!
  • Jengo: Water break anyone?
  • Dogo: Water break! *he and the lions drink water*
  • Timon: Hey, I didn't say to go take a water break.
  • Pumbaa: Come on Timon. We're thristy. We have been running and walking for hours. Why not take a break while we're at it? *he and the rest drink water*
  • Timon: Fine. You're making me too exhausted to reach to the pool with the fishes.
  • Mody: Tasty water.
  • Dacey: And no salt water this time.
  • Subira: Gosh, that's all we can drink to offer.
  • Jengo: It reminds me of drinking in the watering hole.
  • Dogo: Tasty, but thrilled.
  • Timon: *spot a entrance to the jungle* Oh my, it look like we're already there.
  • Pumbaa: To the Jungle Oasis already?
  • Mody: It look like it. Can't you tell?
  • Dacey: That must be the place. Let's go.
  • Subira: Here we go. *she and everyone run to the Jungle Oasis*

(Subira and Timon's group arrive at the Jungle Oasis as they encounter some waterfalls, a view of the mountains, big features like the tree tops and a river that goes around the jungle)

  • Timon: Here we are! Welcome to the Jungle Oasis, also known as Hakuna Matata!
  • Pumbaa: No worries for the rest of your days. Have a look for yourselves.
  • Subira: Nice. This place is the life.
  • Jengo: What could be build on the island.
  • Mody: It's not an island, it's a oasis. This oasis got everything put into the land with waterfalls, jungle roots, villages, temples, caves and all the grubs you can eat like a buffet.
  • Dacey: Every animal love the oasis. There are resorts, homes and even a top of the mountain where you can see the whole world above and your house around here, if you own a house and pay off rent to afford some food.
  • Dogo: We don't live in houses. We live in caves, like us.
  • Timon: A lion's den you say?
  • Dogo: Whatever you want to call it. That's where we live in.
  • Subira: Whoa, it got everything. Like waterfalls, breezing trees, sharp rocks, roots to ride on, you name it.
  • Jengo: And special pools to swim.
  • Dogo: This jungle is gonna rock my whole mane.
  • Timon: Alright my friends. This is the moment you all have been waiting for. Let's go to the jungle and celebrate in the wild!
  • Pumbaa: I got a whole jungle to party!
  • Mody: We're on the wazoo!
  • Dacey: Last one there is a grub!
  • Subira: Wait up.
  • Jengo: These wild guys are always ahead of us.
  • Dogo: People these days.

(Subira, Jengo, Dogo, Timon, Pumbaa, Mody and Dacey celebrate in the Jungle Oasis by swimming into the water, splashing at each other and swing in the roots like ropes)

  • Subira: It got everything!
  • Jengo: Everything you wanted!
  • Dogo: I'm feeling the free life.
  • Timon: All you can get in the jungle.
  • Pumbaa: I feel like a smooth booze.
  • Mody: Catcha up later.
  • Dacey: Join in on the flipside.

(The gang ride in the waterfall, laughing as they splash into the water to swim. Also, the gang play in the sand by making sand castles and make sand replicas of the gang all together. The gang also roll in the hill and scare off the butterflies as they laugh together.)

  • Subira: Living the life.
  • Jengo: I'm never gonna have bad days again.
  • Dogo: This jungle rocks.
  • Timon: I told you, it's gonna get any better.
  • Pumbaa: Bigger, better, than ever!
  • Mody: Show your moves.
  • Dacey: I can see a whole sky around here.
  • Subira: Clouds are like a work of art. You know I'm saying?
  • Jengo: I wonder what is like for the gods to look at us up in the sky?
  • Dogo: Everyone keep saying the same thing. You mean like the great kings of the past?
  • Jengo: Yes. Something like that.
  • Timon: I'm gonna feel that in the morning.
  • Pumbaa: I think you fix my back. *pass gas* Oh jeez. Sorry.
  • Mody: Excuse you.
  • Dacey: Gosh. Why do you always have to be like that?
  • Pumbaa: It happen sometimes. Like when I get nervous or something poofy is gonna come back, I pass gas. Also, I don't do so well in crowds.
  • Subira: It's okay Pumbaa. As long you have us, it's gonna be okay.
  • Jengo: Isn't being with the lions at Pride Rock considered being part of the crowd?
  • Pumbaa: No. I don't care for crowds or the line with the animals when a new cub is born at every presentation.
  • Dogo: I guess you're not a people person after all.
  • Mody: *his stomach growls* Man, my stomach is hungry. Wanna go get some food?
  • Dacey: Yeah. We feel like starving in here.
  • Timon: I got something for you all to share.
  • Subira: What are you going to give us? Peanuts?
  • Timon: Eh, we got you something else.
  • Pumbaa: You're all gonna love it.
  • Jengo: Cool. Does it has zebra in it?
  • Mody: Nope.
  • Jengo: Aw, I was close.
  • Dogo: How about a antelope?
  • Dacey: Dude, if you want to be here, you have to eat like us.
  • Dogo: We are people. We eat what we put in our diet. The Circle of Life say so.
  • Dacey: The Circle of Life isn't going to pay you some food to eat like in a restaurant. Sorry bud, we make the rules.
  • Dogo: Ugh. Aren't the kings suppose to make the rules for you all?
  • Dacey: Every leader make the rules. You gotta follow them while you're at it.
  • Dogo: Whatever. Hakuna Matata.
  • Timon: Now you're getting it.
  • Pumbaa: Welcome to the club.
  • Dogo: Thanks man.
  • Timon: Let's go eat some lunch.
  • Pumbaa: Right behind you. *catch up with the group*

(The gang head over to the lunch area as Subira, Jengo and Dogo sit together on the log stump with Timon, Pumbaa, Mody and Dacey cooking up some grubs while the gang wait before they eat their grubs)

  • Subira: I wonder what's cooking over there.
  • Jengo: They must be prepping up some food.
  • Dogo: My tummy is ready to be stuffed.
  • Timon: Boy, the gang is gonna love all of this.
  • Pumbaa: It's slimy, and it's sweet.
  • Mody: Talk about food here.
  • Dacey: All cooked and ready to be serve.
  • Subira: Yes! Now we're getting our orders.
  • Timon: Ladies and gentlemen, I present you some grubs! *he and everyone show some grubs on the leaves*
  • Subira: Ew, gross!
  • Jengo: Very funny you guys. We had those when we were young.
  • Dogo: Ah, man, gross. Smell like butt. What have gone with you guys?
  • Timon: It's grubs. You all love them. Lions eat them too, like Simba.
  • Dogo: I wanted a zebra. Why won't you give me a zebra like a real predator?
  • Timon: Kid, listen! This place is a predator-free environment with no killing, complaining and a all-natural resort with all the things you love and everything you wanted, is no worries. All said on the wisdoms and this place got the best food out there like chicken wings.
  • Dogo: Why can't you kill on a animal and serve me a real meal like a boar?
  • Pumbaa: We don't kill each other here. Sorry. Plus, we don't prey, attack or fight. We love each other, pay respects and follow the rules while the jungle can spend their days, living the best life in the world.
  • Mody: Tell that to the Pride Lands that prey on all the animals you love.
  • Dacey: I don't know why the Circle of Life order everyone to hunt for themselves while these events in the circle are meant to happen.
  • Subira: Come on Dogo. Just take a break on eating animals and live in the life in the jungle.
  • Jengo: You're gonna love it here as much as the Asis Pride.
  • Dogo: *resign* Ugh, fine! Alright, whatever! I'll eat like a real animal!
  • Timon: Good. Let's go serve the common basic meals.
  • Pumbaa: Coming right behind you! *drop the grubs on the log stump from the leaves with the lions to eat*
  • Subira: *eat a worm* Mmm. Taste like a noodle and spaghetti.
  • Jengo: *eat a grub* Crunchy like chips.
  • Dogo: *eat the grubs* Come on. Swallow.
  • Timon: What's wrong kid? You're gonna throw up?
  • Pumbaa: Don't say that! Not in front of the kids!
  • Timon: Excuse you.
  • Dogo: *swallow the grubs* Mmm. It's so delicious. Now I'm loving it.
  • Timon: Finally! You're getting the Hakuna Matata spirit on!
  • Subira: That's my man!
  • Jengo: Good job, Dogo.
  • Dogo: Thank you. I am the grub eating master! *eat the grubs and burp*
  • Mody: Jeez, you really love all the grubs in the world.
  • Dacey: Try covering your mouth when you burp next time. Like making a sneeze and covering your mouth.
  • Dogo: Thank you. I could really use a little water if the grubs were cooked well enough like a hamburger.
  • Timon: Ooh, now we're talking. You want more. Something challenging.
  • Dogo: Yeah. Bring in something you all like.
  • Timon: Coming right up! *dress as a chef* Ah hoy! Your chef Timon is here to show you some fresh delicious grubs.
  • Pumbaa: You're roleplaying!
  • Mody: Is that a cosplay?
  • Dacey: That's a cool accent here.
  • Timon: *serve a grub meal* Try this. Hot tuna frittata.
  • Dogo: Dope. *eat a grub meal* Mmm.
  • Mody: Appetizers!
  • Timon: Oh. The appetizers. *drop some grub appetizers for the lions to eat*
  • Subira: Crunchy.
  • Jengo: It's big and chunky.
  • Timon: Try the spinach armada. *serve a grub meal*
  • Dogo: *eat a grub meal* I like it. Another!
  • Timon: *setting out a bowl of bug-mush* A spoon of ricotta.
  • Dogo: Do I need a spoon or a fork to eat this bug-mush?
  • Timon: Try using your bare paws when you eat.
  • Dogo: Alright. *eat a grub meal* Tasty.
  • Timon: A wormy piccata. *serve a grub meal*
  • Dogo: *eat a grub meal* Crunchy.
  • Timon: *serve a grub meal* Kahuna colada.
  • Dogo: Pina colada?
  • Timon: Kahuna colada!
  • Dogo: Oh. Kahuna colada. *eat a grub meal* Nice.
  • Timon: A blue enchilada. *serve a grub meal*
  • Dogo: *eat a grub meal* Oh ho ho. That's my boy.
  • Timon: Legumes on a platter. *eat a grub meal*
  • Dogo: *eat a grub meal* I'm the grub king now.
  • Timon: This oughtta be hotter. Careful, it's hot. You may burn your tongue! *serve a grub meal*
  • Dogo: Time to get stuffed with these bad boys. *eat a grub meal* Ooh. So hot!
  • Timon: Told you, it's hot!
  • Pumbaa: I gotta lambada! *throw all the grubs everywhere*
  • Subira: Grubs!
  • Jengo: Catch them to eat them! *he and everyone eat the grubs*
  • Dogo: Yo yo yo!
  • Timon: Ha ha ha. Classic, right? *eat a grub*
  • Pumbaa: I love this food so much.
  • Mody: It's the best of the best.
  • Dacey: Best of both lands. *laugh*
  • Dogo: Hakuna Matata.
  • Timon: No worries.

(After lunch, the gang is all stuffed as they sit on the grass hill together and watch over the sky while pointing out the clouds while they talk)

  • Subira: We had so much fun together with you guys.
  • Jengo: The jungle is living out a cool smooth life in the savannah.
  • Dogo: The jungle never misses a grub on the hole.
  • Timon: You guys are the bomb. You ate every dish I serve to you and you all eat it like kings.
  • Pumbaa: We're eating like kings today.
  • Mody: The king is the king while the queen is the queen.
  • Dacey: Fresh out of zebra.
  • Subira: So Dogo, do you like living in the peaceful life?
  • Dogo: Yeah. My parents got me worried. The Asis Pride is even worried about me.
  • Jengo: What's wrong? Are you planning on going back to the Asis Pride?
  • Dogo: My hype is stuck here. The jungle is making me stay. The king back here is as strict and I can't go back there, dealing with a fool like him.
  • Timon: Oh my. I'm sorry this happen to you. At least, you don't have to deal with a powerful king like him.
  • Dogo: I feel like staying here for a while. You know I love being in the jungle so much and I like it.
  • Timon: You get to like it. But you can stay here with us if you want to.
  • Dogo: Me, Subira and Jengo are gonna hang out for a bit.
  • Subira: Aren't we suppose to be back before dark?
  • Jengo: It's not even dark yet. We can stay here as much we want to.
  • Timon: Go right ahead. Go have your talk while me and the boys are gonna hang out.
  • Pumbaa: We got some business to catch up.
  • Mody: The jungle is still stuffing us like toys.
  • Dacey: Live out your best life for free.
  • Subira: Come on guys. We have a whole jungle to explore.
  • Jengo: There's so much details put in the jungle. *follow Subira and Dogo*
  • Dogo: What a lovely life.
  • Timon: Come on boys. It's you and me now.
  • Pumbaa: Uh, we're a team. Remember?
  • Timon: Oh, right. My bad. We are a team after all. Let's go.
  • Pumbaa: Never late than ever.
  • Mody: What could go right on a daily basic schedule?
  • Dacey: A goal! *laugh*

(Subira, Jengo and Dogo walk through the jungle on their own in a path as they discuss about life)

  • Subira: Don't you love what the jungle got to offer.
  • Jengo: Our parents were there. Even our grandparents.
  • Dogo: This jungle really know how to make a good appetite.
  • Subira: You really love being in the jungle, do you?
  • Dogo: Um, yeah. Sure. Like feeling the love in the wind.
  • Subira: Something has gone to you.
  • Dogo: Wow, uh? Feeling the love, sweetie?
  • Jengo: No way. Now you're about to fall in love?
  • Subira: Jengo, let me and Dogo have a moment of talk.
  • Jengo: Come on Subira. You're my best friend. We lived together in the same rock for years. You're not going to hang out with me for a while?
  • Dogo: Relax buddy. Every lion take a break with a friend and go with another friend. That's how life works.
  • Jengo: Come on. You can't... just be in love with someone you have met after a long time.
  • Subira: Dogo and I got something to share. We may have to take a private walk for a while.
  • Dogo: Subira, I...
  • Subira: Are you going to say something?
  • Dogo: When I first met you at home, you were like somebody else.
  • Subira: Oh, sweetie. That is pretty nice of you.
  • Jengo: What is going on?
  • Dogo: Subira, I, love, you.
  • Subira: Aw. *mate Dogo*
  • Jengo: What the?
  • Subira: You're very soft.
  • Dogo: You're as soft as a baby lion.
  • Subira: Come on. Let's go.
  • Dogo: I'm coming.
  • Jengo: Wait. Where are you guys going?
  • Subira: Me and Dogo are gonna spend some time together. You wait in here while me and Dogo spend some time together.
  • Dogo: It's the play of love.
  • Subira: Let's go sweetie.
  • Dogo: I'm coming.
  • Jengo: Subira, guys. Wait? Oh no no no no. What did I do? *head off*

(Timon, Pumbaa, Mody and Dacey hang out in the jungle together by walking on a log bridge and head over to a path to chill and talk)

  • Timon: The jungle is the smoothest thing you have ever been to.
  • Pumbaa: I like when the jungle got what is put on the resort.
  • Mody: It's not just a resort. It's paradise.
  • Dacey: Paradise is a person's favorite word to hang out for vacation.
  • Timon: Aren't we not on vacation when we're taking the kids somewhere?
  • Pumbaa: You ask me. We're just chilling out in the nice breezy jungle.
  • Mody: Like come on. The jungle isn't going to bite you. It's just that the jungle store everything from what is put on the realm.
  • Dacey: I like it in here.
  • Timon: I'm gonna go crave in some fruit.
  • Pumbaa: Be sure to be back before we can feast on some juicy snacks.
  • Mody: I better be hungry for a pineapple.
  • Dacey: I want some apple slices.
  • Timon: I'm going to get them! *run to the trees*
  • Pumbaa: Stay safe.
  • Mody: Beware of spider webs and bee hives.
  • Dacey: These bugs are as scary as they look, unlike regular grubs.

(Timon walk out on his own as he climb through the tree as he spot some fruits to catch in the leaves)

  • Timon: Ho ho ho. I got a lot of fruits to carry for my friends. It's time to go to papa on the bag. *carry and bag and catch many fruits he can by carrying them all out* That's right. You're all coming with me. *try to hold the fruit bag* Come on. Put your arms out. Why are you not holding like a real man? Come on. Take it easy. You almost got it. *grunt* Huuuuuuuaaaahhhhhhh! *crash as the tree branch break* Ahhhhhhhhhh!

(Timon crash through the tree branches as he fall through the trees and crash with the fruit bags as the fruits fall all over the place with the meerkat bumping on dirt, mud, a waterfall and crash on the flowers as he stumble upon a female meerkat)

  • Timon: Oof! Gosh, no. I lost all my friends. How am I going to tell my friends about this.
  • Laurel: Watch where your hunting! Don't you got anywhere to go?!
  • Timon: I'm sorry, but- *recognize Laurel* Laurel?
  • Laurel: Timon?
  • Timon: Is that you?
  • Laurel: Why are you even here?
  • Timon: Laurel! *hug Laurel*
  • Laurel: Timon, I haven't seen you in ages.
  • Timon: Oh baby. Look at you. You're all mature enough to be brave on your own. What did you put in there? A bag?
  • Laurel: Well, sure. Very funny. I've been hunting some grubs for a while until you came and scare all the ants away.
  • Timon: That was, a crash. *chuckles* I lost all my fruits for my friends to share and now blew it for the rest of the jungle.
  • Laurel: Are you lost or something? Are you even busy?
  • Timon: What? No. I'm not busy. Only a busy person can watch over their people if they are governing the pride.
  • Laurel: That's a lion's job to do. Also, aren't you back at the Pride Lands with King Simba?
  • Timon: I'm taking a break from him for a while. I just wanted to spend some time with you and have a little fun.
  • Laurel: You wanna hang out?
  • Timon: Oh sure. Let's go hang out and crave some grass, shall we?
  • Pumbaa: *show up with the group* Timon! We've been looking all over for you.
  • Mody: Where have you been?
  • Laurel: Um, who are they?
  • Timon: You know my friends. Pumbaa, Mody and Dacey.
  • Dacey: Hello.
  • Laurel: Oh, hi. Nice meeting with ya.
  • Pumbaa: Timon, did you find all the fruits?
  • Timon: The good news is, I found a very old friend of mine. The bad news is, I lost all the fruits while collecting them and trying to carry a big tough bag which made me fall through the trees.
  • Pumbaa: Oh come on Timon! You know better than this.
  • Mody: You dropped all the fruits? Lame.
  • Dacey: Gosh. We were wanting some dessert to clean off our throats from the grubs we ate.
  • Laurel: Do you have some business to take care with the boys?
  • Timon: Well. Let's go spend a little time together at home.
  • Laurel: Right behind you.
  • Pumbaa: Timon, where are you going?
  • Timon: Sorry boys. I have a lady to take care of. We'll be back in a hour or two.
  • Laurel: See ya all later. *walk with Timon*
  • Pumbaa: Timon, wait! Don't go. We're best friends.
  • Mody: A noble meerkat fall to the victim of love. Just why?
  • Dacey: Why he has to go like this?
  • Jengo: *show up* Hey guys. I'm back. Where's Timon?
  • Pumbaa: Oh, he's just being himself.
  • Jengo: Sadly, I lost the guys. They're like... in love.
  • Mody: In love you say?
  • Dacey: Timon is hanging out with a old friend of his like Laurel. Also, they're in love!
  • Jengo: In love? Subira and Dogo are in love too!
  • Pumbaa: Oh, give me a break. First it's Subira and Dogo. Now it's Timon and Laurel. What is wrong with the world falling in love with people lately?!
  • Jengo: Love is just love and life is just life. That's how it works.
  • Mody: Like mixing macaroni with cheese. Why is that possible?
  • Dacey: When our friends leave us behind, they go out with the biggest crushes of their lives. We're the lone animals here and we got nothing to spend, but ourselves.
  • Jengo: *sit together* My childhood friend is falling in love and I got no love to hang out with.
  • Mody: We had a few girlfriends, but they have broken up with us ever since.
  • Pumbaa: No one would ever want me as a soulmate since my bad odor in front of the world.
  • Mody: Sadly, it's true. No one want us here. *cries with Dacey and Pumbaa*
  • Jengo: Guys, stop! Why are you crying? What are you guys? Babies?
  • Pumbaa: We miss Timon so much!
  • Mody: I want my best friend back!
  • Dacey: Gods, why did you take our lighter away from us? Why?!
  • Jengo: Oh well. It's just one of those days. Timon is right. *shred a tear* Hakuna Matata.

(Back with Cheetata and Cheetato, the cheetahs are sniffing in the grass while checking on some wildebeest bones while spotting some lion footprints)

  • Cheetata: Where in the world are those animals?
  • Cheetato: There is like nothing to chew on.
  • Cheetata: The footprints are leading to a place like never before. But where is that place heading?
  • Cheetato: In the name of love, you say?
  • Cheetata: The place better not be a disappointment or Bakari is gonna eat us for dinner.
  • Cheetato: But have you ever seen this place before? *spot the Jungle Oasis*
  • Cheetata: Oh my. A jungle. Sound like a lot of lunch to eat.
  • Cheetato: This jungle better have some real food cause, we're starving.
  • Cheetata: Come on brother. Let's go feast on some lunch.
  • Cheetato: My eye is on the lion if that Dogo lion is there. *grind*

(Back at the Jungle Oasis, Subira and Dogo are hanging out at the jungle as they walk up the hill and think about falling in love)

  • Subira: Ah. Isn't it the place to fall in love?
  • Dogo: Oh, tell me. Our parents been to Upendi. Why not Hakuna Matata?
  • Subira: Your parents did not go to Upendi. My parents did.
  • Dogo: Oh, right. I wasn't thought about everything before I was born.
  • Subira: It's okay. I wasn't thought about everything too. Not knowing who was the first king of the Pride Lands that build a proud rock with sharp edges and various rooms.
  • Dogo: Neither is how Rafiki's tree was planted.
  • Subira: You can feel like the wind, baby.
  • Dogo: I've been thinking about you.
  • Subira: Wanna go hang out in the breeze?
  • Dogo: Sure. Let's go hang out in the breeze.
  • Subira: Right behind you.
  • Dogo: Wait up!

(The background song "Love Will Find a Way" by Heather Headley and Kenny Lattimore plays as Subira and Dogo hang out in the jungle to catch up and fall in love. We see the birds, hippos, giraffes, mongooses, hyraxes, monkeys, baboons and butterflies falling in love as well as Subira and Dogo roll over in the grass and mate. The two hang out in the waterfall as they drink some water together and think about who they are as they make a splash and play in the pool together. The two went to the sand as they make a heart together and mate as they lay down together and relax in the beach. The background song end as the two leave the beach and relax in a bridge of logs.)

  • Subira: I love you Dogo.
  • Dogo: I love you two, sweetie,
  • Subira: It feel so good to be together after seasons.
  • Dogo: I've been thinking about you since you left.
  • Subira: Can you feel the love tonight?
  • Dogo: If I can, maybe I would.
  • Subira: Oh Dogo. You're pulling on me.
  • Dogo: I've never seen a lioness with such soft fur in any lion pride.
  • Subira: You're fluffy, I can tell.
  • Dogo: Really. I thought we look like soft pillows here.
  • Subira: Bet you were cuddling for a tigress.
  • Dogo: You're playing with me again, are you?
  • Subira: No. Come here! *rub on Dogo's head*
  • Dogo: You got me again.
  • Subira: I always get you for a reason. I wonder how your Asis Pride is doing.
  • Dogo: Oh man. Now it's getting late. My parents are worried and the king is worried. I don't know what am I doing in here.
  • Subira: Now I realize what's going on. Simba is worried sick. You don't wanna see the most grumpiest lion you ever know.
  • Dogo: Even the grandpas and grandmas were like that. Were they raised any better?
  • Subira: Depending on how the pride was treated. For example, Zira's pride wasn't the best pride to be treated in since the Outsiders were living in all that rust, mud and dirty grounds. They were terrible at raising themselves.
  • Dogo: I don't know what the pride is putting in, but we gotta go back and help them.
  • Subira: We can't. We're too young to handle everything. Let the grown-ups do all of this work.
  • Dogo: Subira. We're grown-ups too. We can help them out by figuring out what is happening.
  • Subira: The Asis Pride should know that you will be back soon.
  • Dogo: I am on my first hunt! And yet, I'm stuck with you. I was suppose to be back before the king would get all grumpy and furious again! I put my family in danger more than all of the members that were living in rocks for years.
  • Subira: Are you overreacting a bit?
  • Dogo: No. I'm just being myself.
  • Subira: Don't even try to break up on me.
  • Dogo: Ugh, forget the wisdoms and Hakuna Matata. Let's go chill in the waterfall.
  • Subira: I'll catch you there.
  • Dogo: Whatever.

(Back with Jengo, Pumbaa, Mody and Dacey, the gang chill in the grass while eating some grubs without saving some for Timon due to being absent right now)

  • Jengo: A snack of grubs have the tend to cheer me up.
  • Pumbaa: Timon would've love all of this. Too bad, he's missing out all the cool stuff since he is in love with the meerkat lady.
  • Mody: Why need him when you have us?
  • Dacey: Eh. There's nothing to worry about. He's our own problem.
  • Jengo: Well, Subira and Dogo are the problem. They are falling in love right now.
  • Pumbaa: So is Timon with Laurel. We don't know what is going on with the jungle right now.
  • Mody: They forgot about us. What about us?
  • Dacey: We're lost cases and we got no soulmates for every last one.
  • Jengo: Whatever. We all blew it on this one.
  • Pumbaa: We still gotta find our friends and go back to Pride Rock.
  • Mody: They're everywhere. How are we going to find them in one night?
  • Dacey: I don't know. Maybe split in groups? You know I'm saying?

(Meanwhile, Cheetato and Cheetata arrive at the Jungle Oasis as they sneak in the hill to spy on Jengo, Pumbaa, Mody and Dacey)

  • Cheetato: Ah. We're here. We found the lion with the warthog and meerkats.
  • Cheetata: That's not Dogo. That's the lion we faced with the girl earlier.
  • Cheetato: I smell some dinner in here and a pig to chew on.
  • Cheetata: We wonder where their friends are. I should be chewing up a meerkat by now.
  • Cheetato: The warthog is mine. You'll go get the lion.
  • Cheetata: Bakari wanted us to go kill the right target. We cannot fail him again like last time.
  • Cheetato: Well, if Dogo is hiding somewhere in the jungle, then we better go look for him.
  • Cheetata: We'll look for the Dogo lion right now. Come on.
  • Cheetato: I dare you.
  • Cheetata: This better not be a trick or else, I'm gonna prey on everything. *head out with Cheetato*
