The Lion King 2 1/2 is an upcoming film and the midquel to The Lion King 2 : Simba's Pride. It is also the official prequel to The Lion King : Pride of the Pack.
Summary[]
On top of Priderock, Simba and Nala stand proudly as Rafiki lifts their new born son Kopa up in to the air. Kopa, at the moment was nicknamed Fluffy.
A few months later , Kopa watches the birth of his younger sister Kiara . A month later he looks at her and frowns. His parents seemed to have forgotten him. He was going to play with his friend Vitani. However , he was suddenly ambushed by Zira , who was planning to kill him.
Zira attacked Kopa and pushed him off a cliff. Zazu saw this , and flew to tell Simba that his son was dead. Simba , sad , banished Zira and her group of Tsavo lionesses to the Outlands, where they originated from.
But Kopa was not dead. He was in a coma , but still alive.
When Kopa woke up, he ran away from the Pride Lands. He knew that if he returned, Zira would get him. Kopa ran until he collapsed, exhausted.
Kopa had gone to Giraffe Horizons, a place in the far North of the Pride lands.
Giraffe Horizons was ruled by a gray lion named Katili , who believed that lions were the greatest, most majestic and most powerful animals that in the entire world. However, he wanted to be the greatest , most majestic and most powerful animal of Giraffe Horizons. He was power hungry. He would kill any other lion he found.
Luckily for Kopa, Katili hadn’t noticed him.
Meanwhile, back in the Pride lands , chaos was occurring.
”He is alive and I know it”, Afua , Kopa’s best friend said.
“But Afua, Zira said that she killed him” Chaka, Kopa’s brother told him.
”Well, we’ll find him” Afua said.
“What! How?” Chaka asked.
“Follow me” Afua said.
And so Afua, Chaka, Boga , Bapu, Babu and Asante set off looking for Kopa.
That night, while Kopa was looking for a new place to call home, he found a group to call family.
