It was a peaceful day in the Pridelands.
The Lion Guard was patrolling Mizimu Grove.
"How is Mari?" Fuli asked.
"She's fine." Kion answered.
Kion glanced at Ono.
Ono nodded, and took to the sky.
He returned a moment later, and settled down on Beshte's back.
"It's all clear." Ono said.
"Thanks, Ono." Beshre said warmly.
Bunga cleared his throat.
"I need to meet up with my uncles." He said.
Kion nodded.
"Have a good time." Kion said.
Bunga turned, and bounded off.
When he reached Pride Rock, he saw Timon and Pumbaa settled down outside the den.
"Hi!" Bunga called.
Timon and Pumbaa glanced up.
"Hi Bunga." Timon said warmly.
Bunga moved forward, and settled down beside them.
"How was your patrol?" Pumbaa asked.
"It was fine." Bunga answered.
He leaned against Pumbaa's side.
"I love you both." Bunga said.
Timon and Pumbaa exchanged a glance.
"We love you too." Timon said.
"We always will." Pumbaa added.
Meanwhile, Nita had met up with Rafiki at his tree.
"Zuri's grief still hasn't lessened." Nita said.
Rafiki glanced up.
"It takes time for that to happen." He said.
Nita sighed.
"Nobody knows what to do. Chumvi and Kula are doing everything they can." She said.
She moved closer, and leaned against Rafiki's side.
"I'm really worried about her." Nita said.
Rafiki's expression softened.
"Honey, I am too." He said gently.
