It was a peaceful day in the Pridelands.
The Lion Guard was patrolling Kilio Valley.
"What's Mari doing today?" Fuli asked.
"She's with Pula and Nita." Kion answered.
Kion glanced at Ono.
Ono nodded, and took to the sky.
He returned a moment later, and settled down on Beshte's back.
"It's all clear." Ono said.
"Great job, Ono." Beshte said warmly.
Kion pressed his muzzle against Fuli's cheek.
"I love you." He said quietly.
Fuli's expression softened.
"I love you too." She said.
Meanwhile, Pula had met up with Nita and Mari inside Kora and Vitani's cave.
They were settled down amongst the moss.
"How was the hunt?" Nita asked.
"It was fine." Pula answered.
She and Nita watched Mari nestle against her.
"I love you, Pula." Marigold said.
Pula' expression softened.
"I love you both very much." Pula said.
Nita pressed herself against Pula's pelt.
"I need to ask you something." Nita said.
"What is it?" Pula prompted.
"Do I still have your support?" Nita asked.
Pula nodded.
"You always will." She said.
"What about me?" Marigold asked.
Pula chuckled.
"You have it too." Pula said warmly.
Meanwhile, Kenai and Kia had met up with Bemba at the Meadow.
They were settled down underneath the baobab tree.
"How was the hunt?" Kenai asked.
"It was fine." Bemba answered.
Kia nodded.
"I caught a raven." Kia said brightly.
"That's wonderful, Kia." Kenai said.
