It was a peaceful day in the Pridelands.
The Lion Guard was patrolling Hapuna Valley.
"How's Ma?" Beshte asked.
"She's fine." Bunga answered.
Kion glanced at Ono.
Ono nodded, and took to the sky.
He returned a moment later, and settled down on Beshte's back.
“Janja’s Clan is attacking Tishala.” Ono said.
Kion and Fuli exchanged a glance.
“Where are they?” Fuli asked.
“They’re at Lake Shangaza.” Ono answered.
“Let’s go, Lion Guard.” Kion said.
He led the way to Lake Shangaza.
When they arrived, Kion bounded forward.
“Leave her alone, Janja!” Kion called.
Janja cackled.
“Why should we?” Janja asked.
Kion glanced at Fuli.
Fuli nodded, and moved forward.
She led Tishala towards Beshte.
Kion unsheathed his claws, and sank them into the earth underneath him.
He braced himself, and performed the Roar.
It sent Janja’s Clan toppling backwards.
Kion watched them stumble towards the border.
He glanced at Tishala.
“Are you okay?” Kion asked.
Tishala nodded.
“Thanks, Lion Guard.” Tishala said.
“You’re welcome.” Ono said.
Meanwhile, Simba and Nala had met up inside the den.
They were settled down amongst the moss.
"How was the hunt?" Simba asked.
"It was fine." Nala answered.
