It was a beautiful day in the Pridelands.
The Lion Guard was patrolling Chakula Plains.
“How are Timon and Pumbaa?” Beshte asked.
“They’re fine.” Bunga answered.
Kion glanced at Ono.
Ono nodded, and took to the sky.
He returned a moment later, and settled down on Beshte's back.
“Janja’s Clan is attacking Binga.” Ono said.
Kion and Bunga exchanged a glance.
“Where are they, Ono?” Kion asked.
“They’re at Urembo River.” Ono answered.
“Let’s go, Lion Guard.” Kion said.
He led the way to Urembo River.
When they arrived, Kion bounded forward.
“Leave her alone, Janja!” Kion called.
Janja cackled.
“She’s just one honey badger.” Janja said.
Kion glanced at Fuli.
Fuli nodded, and moved forward.
She led Binga towards Beshte.
Kion unsheathed his claws, and sank them into the earth underneath him.
He braced himself, and performed the Roar.
It sent Janja’s Clan toppling backwards.
Kion watched them stumble towards the border.
He glanced at Binga.
“Are you okay?” Kion asked.
Binga nodded.
“Thanks, Lion Guard.” Binga said.
“You’re welcome.” Fuli said warmly.
Her expression softened as Bunga moved forward, and embraced Binga.
“I love you, Binga.” Bunga said.
“I love you too.” Binga answered.
Meanwhile, Simba and Nala had met up at the Meadow.
They were settled down underneath the baobab tree.
"Did the hunt go well?" Simba asked.
Nala nodded.
