It was a peaceful day in the Pridelands.
The Lion Guard was patrolling Hapuna Valley.
"How's Basi?" Kion asked.
"He's fine." Beshte answered.
Kion glanced at Ono.
Ono nodded, and took to the sky.
He returned a moment later, and settled down on Beshte's back.
"It's all clear." Ono said.
"Thanks, Ono." Bunga said.
Kion pressed his muzzle against Fuli's cheek.
"I love you." He said quietly.
Fuli's expression softened.
"I love you too." She answered.
Meanwhile, Dwala and Simba had met up inside the den.
They were settled down amongst the moss.
"How was the hunt?" Simba asked.
"It was fine." Dwala answered.
She leaned over, and nuzzled Simba's cheek.
"I hope you know that I'm proud of you." She said.
Simba nodded.
"I do know. I love you." He said.
Dwala's expression softened.
"I love you very much." She answered.
Meanwhile, Nita had met up with Rafiki at his tree.
She was helping him count juniper berries.
"How is Mari?" Rafiki asked.
"She's fine." Nita answered.
She leaned over, and nuzzled Rafiki's cheek.
"I love you." Nita said.
Rafiki's expression softened.
"I love you too." Rafiki answered.
