Tani is a lioness cub. She is the daughter of Spotty and Afua.
Physical appearance[]
Tani is a tan colored lioness cub with a whitish-colored hair tuft on her head. The inside of her ears is golden. She has red eyes and a black hooked nose.
Personality[]
Tani is a very spunky, ambitious and tomboyish lion cub. She constantly wants to play or wrestle, and often teases other cubs. Her best, and really only true friend is Badru, Kovu and Kiara's eldest. The two are always hanging out, to the disgust of Maua, Badru's sister. Tani often gets into trouble.

- Her image is created by Av and is used with her permission.
- Although her name is a shortened version of Vitani's, Tani also means "tons" in Swahili.
- She is named after Vitani, because her and Spotty were good friends growing up.
- Later on, Badru and Tani become love interests for each other.
- Tani sometimes flirts with Nuka II, Vitani's son, but also teases him.
- This greatly annoys Majuto, who has a crush on him.
- She is an annoyance for several other lion cubs.
- Tani originally also had a younger brother named Kavu, but he was deleted.
- She is the fastest in Kheri's mini Lion Guard.
