Biography[]

Canon Info[]

Swifty was born shortly after Simba's birth. His mother attended the lion prince's presentation. Swifty's mother was often away hunting, leaving the cheetah cub on his own. On one of these absences of his mother, Swifty met Simba, Timon and Pumbaa, and challenged them to a race. Simba accepted after the cheetah mocked him and his friends.

Swifty and Simba ignored Timon's warnings that a storm was on its way, and as a result a fire started when lightning striked the ground. Swifty was trapped in the cave that was meant to be the finish line when fire started in front of the cave's entrance. Simba offered to save Swifty, but Timon and Pumbaa ended up saving the day. Swifty is humbled after this incident.

Later life[]

Swifty grew up and became mates with an unknown female cheetah when he moved to the Pride Lands. They had one son, Beba, who was braggy and a frenemy of Simba's son Kopa.
