Simba and Kimba: Protectors of the Savannah is a crossover fanfiction short written by MarioFan65. This short is a crossover with The Lion King and Kimba the White Lion, focusing with Simba meeting Kimba from another world as they go on adventures for what it takes to be a protector of the savannah as well protecting the Pride Lands from predators. (Few seasons ago at night in the jungle of Hakuna Matata, young Simba, Timon and Pumbaa are about to sleep for the night as Simba sit on the hill to watch over the stars, thinking how much he miss his home in wake of his father's death)

Simba: *sign* I really miss you so much, father. No wonder how the Pride Lands is doing without me.
Timon: Heya, Simba. Mind as well need a bubble bath before bed?
Pumbaa: Eh. He's not being himself for the night.
Simba: I miss home. I miss Nala, Zazu, mother, Sabini, my childhood friends. And everyone. This jungle isn't like what home used to be like.
Timon: What's wrong kid? I thought you enjoyed living with us. Didn't we tell you to put the past behind us?
Pumbaa: We went through a rough life. Especially when we first met the first time before you. As outcasts.
Simba: *depressed* It's all my fault. Everything I did, broke the Circle of Life and what I did wrong, I should have never done it in the first place. *shred a tear*
Timon: Don't cry Simba. I went through a rough time. The colony back home didn't like what I did. I tear down four walls, break three tunnels and pop out water everywhere from making ten pools.
Pumbaa: I was bullied through childhood and adulthood because of my gas! *embarrassed* Excuse me.
Simba: I really need to go. Real quick! See you in a while. *run off*
Timon: Simba, wait! Not again with those walks after nightmares!
Pumbaa: Why do we have to babysit him every time when he run off through the jungle!

(Simba run through the jungle as he is being followed by two cheetahs, planning a attack on him as Timon and Pumbaa show up to save Simba from the two predators from preying on the cub)

Simba: *run while being surrounded by cheetahs in the field* Who are you? Why are you following me?
Cheetah #1: You look tasty for a lion.
Cheetah #2: The savannah's all dried up. Now it's our turn to feast on a meat meal! *roar*
Simba: Ah! Help me!
Timon: *show up with Pumbaa* Don't worry Simba! Timon and Pumbaa are coming!
Pumbaa: Leave our kid, behind this!
Cheetah #1: Is that your kid, as a lion?!
Cheetah #2: *laugh* The meerkat and warthog raise a baby lion together. A triple dinner for the two of us. Let's feast before they flee. *roar at the gang*
Simba: *scream with his friends and run off* Leave us alone!
Timon: I'm gonna be meerkat stew for dinner!
Pumbaa: They're gonna eat us!
Cheetah #1: Stop running fast where we can cut you.
Cheetah #2: You got nowhere to run, cowards!
Simba: *he and his friends are blocked through a dead end at the mountain* Uh oh.
Timon: *gulp* There's no way out.
Pumbaa: Dead meat. For the grinder!
Cheetah #1: Here kitty kitty.
Cheetah #2: You smell like lion.
Simba: *growls* Stand back.
Timon: *nervous* I lived a good life. Goodbye cruel world.
Pumbaa: *nervous* I'm too juicy to be eaten.
Cheetah #1: Let's chew them up! *hear a roar sound*
Cheetah #2: What was that? *get attacked by a white lion cub as the white lion cub fight against the cheetahs*
Timon: What was that?
Pumbaa: Luckily, we didn't get eaten.
Simba: Who is that?
Kimba: *roar and knock out the cheetahs* Leave them behind.
Cheetah #1: You're small, for a hunter.
Cheetah #2: Even for a cub? *laugh with his pal*
Kimba: Get, out! *roar at the cheetahs* Leave the animals alone!
Cheetah #1: Run away pal. We're outta here!
Cheetah #2: We'll be back! Let's go hunt some other animal in the wild! *he and his pal flee*
Timon: Thank heavens, we're saved.
Pumbaa: All hail the rare lion.
Simba: Thanks for saving us. You have happen to be a lion, right?
Kimba: Yes. I am a lion, like you.
Simba: You're young, like me. Also, who are you.
Kimba: My name is Kimba. The Jungle Emperor. Some of my friends call me Leo.
Simba: Oh, nice. I used to have a friend named Leo back at the Pride Lands where I grew up in. The name's Simba.
Timon: Simba? Kimba? Their names rhyme.
Pumbaa: These two cubs look alike.
Timon: Does that mean we have some double babysitting in the jungle?
Pumbaa: How many cubs are we going to raise as a family?
Kimba: Simba? That's cool. We have similar names.
Simba: Yeah. So where are you from?
Kimba: I'm from another world like yours. I somehow warped through the wrong jungle of my world. I leaped through a blink of light where it brought me here.
Simba: You're not from the Pride Lands. Your details and appearance is different from my race.
Kimba: Two different worlds. I guess one of these days, we'll rule our own pride with courage and secured spots.
Simba: With the most lioness in our side, we'll be protected.
Kimba: All the animals you can unite with a big community on our own. *see a portal open up* Oh, the white light is back. Look like I'm finally free to go home.
Simba: Whoa. Cool. I never seen a light that can take you anywhere.
Kimba: I gotta get going. I'll see you soon in a couple seasons.
Simba: We'll meet again and get to know each other in the future.
Kimba: Safe travels. Keep the jungle going at all times! *run to the portal as he emerge into it*
Simba: *see the portal close down* Glad I'm not the only lion left in the world.
Timon: Man, that was bonkers.
Pumbaa: Who thought this Kimba guy can fight predators like you.
Simba: I'm not that powerful yet. I just have to keep on training before I can return home to challenge someone I know who has taken over the Pride Lands.
Timon: Ouch. I am very sorry. You told us about it.
Pumbaa: But you don't wanna talk more.
Simba: I'm getting there. But I am not ready.
Timon: You still have some time kid to train. At least, we got all the fun we can offer at the oasis.
Pumbaa: Nothing to worry about.
Simba: Let's go back to sleep. *he and his friends walk back home*
Timon: Right behind you.
Pumbaa: One day, you will grow big and strong as a guardian. And if you were to rule a pride, you will be unstoppable and protective as one lion pride in the rocks. *pass gas* Sorry. My bad.

(Seasons later in the present day at the Pride Lands, Simba is now an adult as he is present at Pride Rock and standing at the edge where he is watching all the animals in place)

Simba: It feels so good to be a king. How about a morning roar? *roar at the peak* Yeah!
Nala: Good morning Simba. How is the Pride Lands doing?
Simba: Pretty good. There have been no predator attacks ever since my reign.
Nala: You seem like the rightful king for the job.
Kiara: My dad, the king.
Kion: If he can rule the world as a king, I can rule the guard as a leader.
Zazu: *show up* Good morning sire! Today is another long day for us at Pride Rock. Checking in to report for the news for today.
Simba: Cool. What brings you here, Zazu.
Zazu: Elephants are splashing water at the watering hole, the crocodiles are swimming smoothly, monkeys jumping from tree to tree and hippos are having a pool party with all the other groups in the savannah. Isn't that exciting?
Simba: Well, yeah. As a team, we got a pride to control and govern.
Zazu: I see. Rafiki is on his way and is showing up right now to greet you.
Rafiki: *show up* Hoo hoo hoo, Simba boy! It's nice to see you! *hug Simba*
Simba: Good morning Rafiki.
Rafiki: Morning shines on the heat waves, eh?
Simba: It's hot out there. Dry season coming up and things are about to get hot as a fried egg.
Rafiki: We're having a meeting in the Lair of the Lion Guard right now. Let's follow. *lead the way*
Simba: A meeting already? Okay. We haven't had one of those as a family in a while. Eh. We'll see.

(Simba and the pride enter the Lair of the Lion Guard where Bunga, Besthe, Fuli and Ono are present as the rest of the pride show up to set up their meeting about the future of the Pride Lands)

Rafiki: Places everyone. We're here.
Bunga: Heya Kion.
Kion: Hey Bunga. What's up?
Bunga: Looking smooth.
Fuli: Why is everyone here at the lair?
Beshte: I think we're having one of our team meetings right now.
Ono: It's just one of those mornings.
Zazu: Gather around. The meeting will start in a minute.
Kiara: Are we clear on that?
Nala: Is that everyone in a circle?
Simba: Yes. Just like we prepared as always.
Rafiki: Good. Greetings everyone. Good morning. Today has been a quiet sight in the Pride Lands. The Great Kings of the Past know we're doing great to keep the Circle of Life in balance. The hyenas are still on the run as always as we must prepare to fight back with the help of the Lion Guard.
Kion: That's right. With our guard, we'll defend 'til no one in our side back down.
Bunga: No giving up on the guard.
Simba: With a pride on our side, we'll protect the animals in their habitants if a predator get close to their territory.
Nala: What if they have to migrate to another place? Isn't that breaking the Circle of Life's rules?
Zazu: All these animals always move. They won't stay in the same place forever, unless something bad happen their homes like if a hurricane come and strike lightning through the grass.
Beshte: Like my father always said to me, "You won't live in the same place forever. One of these days, you gotta move your group somewhere else and find a place safe to keep the group going."
Fuli: It has happen with the crocodiles.
Ono: And all the birds of a feather.
Kiara: Same with the monkeys that move from tree to tree.
Rafiki: With all that said, I hope everyone in the Pride Lands stay safe and we'll start the day by protecting the Pride Lands with heart, blood and harmony!
Simba: Will do as a pleasure like all the kings and queens in all the prides.
Nala: We're going to continue what Mufasa has promise us to finish.
Kion: Till the Pride Lands end.
Everyone: Lion Guard defend!
Zazu: Hey, we're all in the same page now.
Kion: Uh, he he. I was suppose to say it with my guard. But okay. We're all in this together.
Simba: Thank you all for coming. We'll continue our journey within the Circle of Life.
Nala: We are one. *mate Simba*
Rafiki: Hoo hoo hoo. Thanks again. Come back any time soon for more meetings and go Pride Lands! *he and everyone leave the lair*
Kion: Come on guard. We got a job to do.
Bunga: Zuka Zama!
Fuli: Huwezi!
Beshte: Twende kiboko!
Ono: Hapana!

Nala: Still the rightful king in me.
Simba: Sure is. Always will be. *hug Nala*

(In another world in Africa, we head over to the jungle where Kimba, all grown reside and rule the jungle with all of his animals alike, acting as a safe haven for inhabitants with various places to go through such as savannahs, swamps, waterfalls, rivers, watering holes, woods, mountains, tree tops, marsh and deserts. Kimba is seen hanging out with his family and most of his friends to check by on the status of his humble home.)

Kimba: Hey guys.
Keona: Hello Kimba.
Kitty: My love. *mate Kimba*
Kimba: My pretty Kitty. *kiss Kitty*
Bucky: Hi Kimba. *trip on the ground* Whoa. Did not see that coming.
Kimba: Hey Bucky. Please stay out of trouble when watching your step.
Bucky: Will do King. Will do. *keep walking*
Lune: *see the butterflies flying and try catching them* They're too high to catch.
Lukio: Leave them alone Luna. They're just born to fly out of the cocoon.
Pauly: *fly around* Good morning, sire.
Kimba: Pauly Parrot. Always checking on the news.
Pauly: The morning report, the afternoon report, the evening report. Any report I can inform you.
Kimba: The jungle is in good hands right now without any hunters shooting against our trees.
Pauly: *land on Kimba* Such a pleasure to report on good news.
Dan'l: Kimba, my friend. Nice to see you.
Kimba: Hello Dan'l Baboon.
Bongo: *show up running* Still running as the Speedy Cheetah!
Kimba: Hey Bongo! Slow down! You don't wanna trip over some rocks on your way home.
Bongo: Just watching my step!
Pauly: He's pretty fast for a cheetah.
Kimba: And I thought jaguars are the fastest in the savannah.
Kelly: *show up* Kimba, good seeing you there.
Kimba: Hi, Kelly Phunt. Nice jungle we're having.
Kelly: You seem to be in good shape. Knowing how big the jungle is and how brave you are at protecting us from prey.
Kimba: I will always do my best to protect the jungle 'til the end.
Leona: Got a mate and two kids on your pride.
Kitty: Still the king in you.
Lune: Best protective father ever.
Lukio: Roar! I am the queen of the jungle!
Simba: One day Lukio. You'll get to rule a pride on your own. Even your brother can do the best of ruling a pride.
Pauly: The first step of assembling a group of lions is forming a pride in the savannah. *see a portal open up* Holy feathers! What is that?!
Kelly: Stand back! You don't know what it's like to be touched by a flash.
Kimba: I remember this one.
Leona: What happen Kimba?
Kitty: Are you staring at the flashlight?
Kimba: When I was a cub, I was playing at night until a flash of light took me to another world. *have flashbacks of going to Hakuna Matata to face off the cheetahs and meet Simba*
Lune: What is the other world is like?
Kimba: Stay here. No one moves until the course is here.
Lukio: Where are you going pops?
Pauly: *fly off Kimba* Kimba! Where you think you're going?
Kitty: You're not leaving us behind, are you?
Kimba: *sign* Pauly, you come with me. We'll investigate on the light while you guys stay here.
Leona: Kimba, I don't know what you're saying. But where that light lead to?
Pauly: Are we really leaving the jungle?
Kimba: You and me, we'll go to the other world to check what it's like back there before it's okay for us to take a look and study the other world.
Pauly: Finder keepers, stranger dangers. I don't believe in other worlds.
Kimba: Trust me Pauly. I've been there. I'll take you to the other world on what it's like.
Kitty: Please stay safe, mate.
Leona: What if you don't make it back for dinner?
Kimba: Trust me, it will pass.
Pauly: Last one there is a hyena! *he and Kimba jump through the portal*
Kelly: *see the portal close down* The light is gone! It trapped them!
Kitty: Calm down. I don't know who's spying on us to open up flashes of light to our jungle. I think everything is gonna be okay once the two citizens come back.
Leona: There's nothing to worry about trouble right now in this peaceful jungle.
Kelly: Whatever happen to these guys, they're falling in the wrong side of the savannah!

(Back at the Pride Lands, Simba, Nala, Kiara and Zazu are on the edge of Pride Rock as they watch over the whole world from the top)

Simba: Everything the light touches... is our kingdom. But a king's time as ruler rises and falls like the sun. One day, the sun will set on my time here, and will rise with you as the new queen.
Kiara: That's nice. My first hunt is in few seasons and I will be prepared for it.
Nala: You're going to do great on your first hunt. Think about any zebra and deer to chew on while you're at it.
Zazu: Every young cub has their first hunt when they grow up to become adults. They prey, watch, and look beyond what they see when aiming to hunt on the carnivore. I know you'll do good Kiara cause, every student deserve to be hungry as eating a snack of apples. *see a light show up on the ground* What the?
Kiara: Mom, what is that?
Nala: Is that a flash of light?
Simba: Wait a minute. Isn't that the same one from the jungle few seasons ago? *see Kimba and Pauly emerge from the portal* Outsiders.
Nala: How did they pop right out of the flash?
Kiara: That's so strange. No far-walker ever come to our land within a flash.
Zazu: We don't know these people. But they are trespassing a private property.
Simba: I'll go deal with them. I don't trust new people coming in without knowing each other. *walk down Pride Rock*

(Kimba and Pauly look around the Pride Lands as they watch over a nice view of Pride Rock as Simba make his way down to confront them)

Kimba: Whoa. Look at the big pointy rock, Pauly.
Pauly: It look sharp as a lion den.
Kimba: My den is as big as a big sharp rock.
Pauly: Kinda look like a two story cave with few details. Don't you think?
Simba: *roar by showing up* Where are you Outsiders going?
Kimba: Outsiders? We're not from here.
Simba: Yeah, you. Where are you coming from?
Pauly: Africa. I mean, the jungle.
Simba: The jungle is far away from the Pride Lands. You're not related to some sort of Zira's pride, are you?
Kimba: No. We don't know a person named Zira. We're just trying to explore through your big den.
Pauly: No need to be nosey around the pride. We have happen to came through that big flash of light from our world.
Simba: *recognize Kimba* Wait a minute. I know what's going on. You look familiar. Someone I know came from a flash of light seasons ago when I was living in the jungle with a meerkat and warthog.
Kimba: That has happen to be me. You look familiar too. Aren't you that lion from the jungle who grew up to be a king?
Simba: Oh yeah! That's me! Kimba!
Kimba: Simba! *fist bump on Simba* Great to see you again!
Pauly: What is going on here? I thought you guys were going to fight.
Kimba: Pauly, meet Simba.
Simba: I am the king of Pride Rock and ruler of the Pride Lands. Welcome to my world.
Zazu: Oh my. What's with the big hold-up.
Nala: Is that a white albino lion? We never seen a rare lion with different colors before.
Kiara: And I thought I saw a brown lion that lives far from our home.
Kimba: Is that your family?
Simba: Yes. Meet Nala, my mate. And Kiara, my daughter.
Kiara: Hello. First impressions. *giggle*
Zazu: I'm Zazu. The major domo of the pride.
Pauly: You look like me. But I'm a parrot.
Zazu: I'm born a hornbill like most of the hornbills in the flock.
Simba: How did you follow me all the way back here?
Kimba: It was different this time. I thought you live far from the jungle until I realized you live here.
Simba: I was living in the jungle back then when my uncle Scar took over the Pride Lands for chaos after the death of my father.
Kimba: Ouch. I am very sorry for you. I lost my father few years ago by the hands of that dastardly poacher.
Simba: It sucks to lose a person you love in your pride, then get revenge on killing them who killed your family member back.
Kimba: I've been to worst scenarios in my life.
Simba: Oh brother. Tell us about it.
Kimba: I've seen worse things in life. Not even a rough childhood can remember it. *have flashbacks of Jake shooting against Caesar, Snowene drowning to her death and him fighting against Claw and Cassius in the ruins*
Simba: *get flashbacks of Simba watching Mufasa fall off the gorge and him fighting Scar in Pride Rock during the fire* Life isn't fair without those guys before knowing their allegations. I was innocent when I saw the death of my father in turn, my uncle is the one who killed him by secret.
Kimba: I know how the pain feels when you miss out your father. But man, your uncle was a ruthless hypocrite the whole time.
Zazu: He gives the Pride Lands a bad name with his hyenas when he first took he throne.
Pauly: I wouldn't want to live in a place with a bad king of the jungle.
Nala: When Scar thought he was the king, he wasn't really the king. You are truly the king.
Kiara: When grandpa was alive, he knows you will be ready to take the throne once you grow up.
Simba: Ever since I grown, I became the new king of the savannah. Look how I turn out.
Kimba: You are just like me. In my world, I am the king of the jungle!
Pauly: Like the king of everything.
Zazu: Anyways, does anyone want to hang out at the watering hole for a drink of water?
Simba: How about we go to the Hakuna Matata Falls to visit Timon and Pumbaa?
Nala: That would be great. We should visit them to introduce to our new friends in the Pride Lands.
Kimba: I met Timon and Pumbaa when I was a cub.
Kiara: Oh, nice. I guess you're going to meet them again in the falls.
Kimba: They live in the falls? I thought they live in the big jungle.
Zazu: Well, time has passed and they moved to the falls a while after the Battle of Pride Rock.
Pauly: Time is flying fast on the season.
Simba: Let's go meet Timon and Pumbaa at the falls, shall we?
Kimba: *run with the group* Yeah. The meerkat and warthog must be waiting on us on the go.
Simba: I hope they're living the best luck of their lives in the falls.
Kimba: Fresh from the jungle and in with the falls!
Zazu: It won't be as hot as the heat.
Pauly: Straight outta the heat waves!

(As Simba and Kimba's group headed to the Hakuna Matata Falls, meanwhile in the Outlands where everything is dried up in the ruins, Janja and his hyena clan are in the lair, having a meeting while setting up a plan to take over the Pride Lands)

Janja: Well, well, well, boys. What do we got here? Is the Lion Guard up to saving animals again, willing for us to hunt and feast them on their bellies?
Chungu: Oh, Janja. It's like we haven't eaten anything in a week.
Cheezi: We always starve like no one have a buffet to share with us on the go.
Nne: Not even on a diet.
Tano: We always starve to death.
Janja: Shut your starve deaths, fur-brains. We got some work to do and not even the foolish Circle of Life can help it to keep the cycle from going. All these animals got problems and our problem is their problem.
Chungu: You know what we're doing today, right?
Cheezi: Are we going to feast on a zebra or a antelope?
Tano: Falcon?
Nne: Pangolin?
Janja: No! You guys are getting it wrong. We are suppose to hunt down The Lion Guard and overthrown Simba for his actions against the army of Scar few seasons ago. I will get revenge on him and take over the Pride Lands with a clan of hyenas merging one group to another.
Chungu: How many clans are you going to call?
Cheezi: A million?
Janja: Not just all. Some hyenas are nice, some are not! We're only going to recruit the ones we can trust and can help out on stopping the Pride Landers for their royalty.
Nne: Yeah! The good ones, not the bad ones!
Tano: Their ribs will be served with steak.
Janja: Alright now. With the clan on our side, let's rock and roll and take over the Pride Lands. *see a portal open up* Whoa! What is that?
Chungu: Is that a flash of light?
Cheezi: Who has a flashlight?
Janja: What the what is that?!
Tano: You seen anything like this before?
Nne: It look so bizarre.
Janja: Let me try out what is in the flash. *feel the light* Ooh. So soft. How about the whole body? *jump through the portal*
Chungu: Janja!
Cheezi: He went through the light! In other words, where did he go?

(In another world, Janja crashed through the wasteland full of rocks from the flash of light he jumped out of and aware where he is right now)

Janja: Oof. What a crash. Where in the world am I? *hear some hyena laughs* Who's laughing? I know it sound like hyena in here.
Tom: *show up laughing with his pal* Who goes there in the gang of Tom and Tab?
Janja: You there! How did I get here?
Tab: How did you get here by the flash of light? You know?
Janja: Hello? It opened right into my home. And that light lead to your world. Is there any reasons why you are setting up a trick to spy against my clan?
Tom: We don't know you. It been seasons since our boss is dead and we don't have a boss to work with to take over the jungle.
Tab: We been out worry for the rest of our lives.
Janja: You been out worry, huh? Well. Look like you're gonna work with me in the Outlands and plan to hunt every animal that strive through the savannah.
Tom: Ooh. Savannah. My favorite place to conquer.
Tab: We'll eat the animals for lunch!
Janja: You act like hyenas to me. I like it. The name's Janja.
Tom: Tom and Tab.
Tab: Some people like to call us Dick and Bo. *giggle*
Janja: Dick and Bo. Whatever. Come on. We got some work to do back at my place. *walk back to the portal*
Tom: Where did that four-legged hyena went?
Tab: *hit Tom* Follow him, dummy! We can't stand here, doing nothing like dead lizards in the desert. *he and his pal walk to the portal*

(Tom and Tab join Janja as they emerge to the portal and arrive back at the Outlands as they encounter most of Janja's clan to set up a alliance to conquer the Pride Lands)

Chungu: Janja! You're back! Where were you?
Cheezi: Ooh. You got new people on your team.
Janja: It was a bizarre fall out. Guys, meet Tom and Tab.
Nne: Hi Tom and Tab.
Tano: Funny wise guys.
Tom: He he he. We're experts at the punch... and jab!
Tab: We're laughing hyenas, too! *laugh*
Janja: It's all getting started. Yeah. It's going smooth. Now let's plan our heist right now. *evil laugh*

(Back with Simba and Kimba's group, they are making their way to the Hakuna Matata Falls as they are still running with the zebras and wildebeests passing by)

Kimba: So Simba, where Timon and Pumbaa live right now?
Simba: I heard they moved out of the jungle to move into the falls where Bunga reside and live with his uncles.
Nala: I thought Bunga live with us.
Kiara: That's only when he work with the Lion Guard.
Zazu: I wonder where Timon and Pumbaa are around the wild.
Pauly: Are they on the ground or the mud?
Simba: *found the falls* There it is! We finally found them. Let's go.
Kimba: This is the falls?
Simba: Sure is, buddy. This is where they live now.
Kimba: Cool. I hope they live a peaceful life through the waterfall and logs.

(At Hakuna Matata Falls, Timon and Pumbaa are living out a peaceful life while picking on grubs to eat prior to Simba and Kimba's group arrival)

Timon: Mmm. These grubs are rocking the ground.
Pumbaa: The worms taste like gummies. Mind as well go for another?
Timon: Oh sure. Cannot complain on what you get.

Zazu: *show up with the group* Ahoy there, my friends! We got far-walkers coming from the distance of the Pride Lands.
Pauly: We have happen to come to the same savannah as yours. But we're from another world.
Simba: Timon and Pumbaa. Great seeing you.
Timon: Simba! You're back!
Pumbaa: My man. You know that Hakuna Matata philosophy isn't going to pull our backs through the falls.
Simba: Anyways, does any of you guys remember this guy seasons ago?
Kimba: That's me.
Timon: Kimba? Is that you? You look all grown.
Pumbaa: You guys look alike. Still the Jungle Emperor after all as in the Lion King?
Kimba: It been seasons since I protected my pride, saved the animals and raise a family on my own.
Timon: Oh, nice. The white lion is all grown up.
Pumbaa: He look almost like Simba when he was his age.
Simba: Hey. We are just friends.
Nala: Still family in the Circle of Life.
Timon: All connected to the family tree. My Ma and Uncle Max would be proud for what I have accomplished for the daily goals of errands.
Pumbaa: When we do some daily work, the work is finished on time and we get to do some free time in the falls.
Kimba: I thought you live in the big jungle with all the cool stuff. What happen?
Timon: Long story, Kimba. It been a wild ride since I met Pumbaa while finding a place with no worries to worry about. This is where we found the jungle and the same place you met us fighting against those cheetahs preying on us.
Pumbaa: After we beat Scar and his hyena army at Pride Rock, Timon moved his meerkat colony to the jungle we found while we move to a small place to form another Hakuna Matata area to call it a new home. Afterwards, we raised a honey badger and still visit the big jungle anytime when our kid is working with the Lion Guard to protect the Pride Lands from harm.
Kimba: That's understandable. Hope you lived out a great life in the new place.
Timon: There are no worries since we moved here and that's good.
Pumbaa: Nothing to worry about all the bad things happening and still can put the past behind us.
Kimba: I put the past behind me to not worry about the bad things in life.
Timon: Good. How about we go out for a afternoon run around the savannah.
Pumbaa: I would love a free run in the savannah.
Simba: Oh cool. We'll have a race in the wild. Something like taking laps, running around the track and leaping towards rocks to avoid getting hit.
Timon: We can do that.
Pumbaa: It's part of our routine to do some exercise while we're not being lazy.
Pauly: I'll race to the end!
Zazu: Getting fit is part of being healthy!
Nala: The Circle of Life knows how much we eat and how much we exercise to lose weight.
Kiara: Who can be the fastest?
Kimba: I'll be faster than a cheetah.
Simba: I'll race ya, if I get you.
Kimba: We know what they're thinking.
Timon: *hop on Pumbaa* Alright. It is time to get on the ride and let's run to it!
Pumbaa: Last one there is a sting wasp! *he and everyone run out of the falls*
Timon: Yee-haw!
Pumbaa: Home run!
Simba: Yeah! Talk about life!
Kimba: That's my daily morning run routine.
Nala: This is the Pride Lands life.
Kiara: I'm running the spot.
Zazu: It'll be more amusing than being the duties of the kings.
Pauly: Wait up! No matter how the weather breeze through the wind, it's getting on my feathers!

(Back at the Outlands, Janja, Tom, Tab and the rest of the hyenas set up a plan to take down Simba's pride and rule the Pride Lands before diving and conquering)

Janja: Okay guys. First step, we sneak through the rock. Second step, we overthrown the king. And third, we rule the Pride Lands with the prey of power.
Tom: Make ours juicy.
Tab: And less stubborn.
Chungu: Ooh. We'll eat the animals up once they get into our way.
Cheezi: We'll fight the lions as well the sidekicks like the monkey and bird.
Tano: Who need the bird when you got a bunch of them flying like crows.
Nne: We'll chew them like chicken tenders.
Janja: Alright. We're just about to conquer and divide with our clan and the volunteers joining with us. Today, we strike and invade the Pride Lands!
Tom: The savannah ours.
Tab: With predators on the way!
Janja: And so, it begins! *grin a smile*
Mzingo: *show up* Janja! Simba and his friends are on the way to the Outlands.
Janja: WHAT?! No way. I didn't know he's tracking down our home before we can get to his Pride Rock.
Tom: Simba? You mean Kimba?
Tab: I think you got the name wrong.
Mzingo: Names don't rhyme. It's King Simba it is!
Mwoga: They got a hornbill, meerkat and warthog on his side with his family. Heck, a parrot and white lion is on the run as well.
Janja: What the? Who brought a white lion in the Pride Lands?!
Tom: A white lion? You mean like Kimba?
Tab: So Kimba is on his way with some Simba lion then?
Mzingo: We should divide and conquer now! Once we kill them, we'll take over the Pride Lands with our army!
Janja: We'll finish what Scar and his hyena army has started. Soon, the Pride Lands will be ours to conquer and rule it like a country.
Chungu: With predators like snakes and jackals, they'll make great sidekicks.
Cheezi: Even crocodiles! The bad ones, I mean!
Tano: Komodo dragons!
Nne: And bears! Nah. No one have ever seen a bear before, but me.
Mzingo: Divide and conquer, now! We'll put an end to the king's reign and give the monarchy to you.
Mwoga: It's predator hunting time!
Janja: Yes. It's about time. The preying starts right now. My clan, let's go!
Tom: They are going to lose.
Tab: Show no mercy to these poor animals. *laugh*

(As Janja's army begin to leave the Outlands, they head out in the Pride Lands as they watch Simba and Kimba's group running through a free run prior to the attack)

Simba: Yeah! It's just like bowling for buzzards.
Kimba: I can feel the warm air through my mane.
Zazu: A beautiful day we're having in the savannah.
Pauly: *feel the flowers* Ah yeah. The smell of the flowers is as good as honey.
Timon: Whoa! How long can we run for?
Pumbaa: Depending on what the king says.
Nala: We should stop by Pride Rock in time for lunch.
Kiara: Yeah. I'll be starving for a slice of ham.
Janja: *he and the hyenas sneak on the rock* Hyenas, now.
Tom: It's time.
Tab: For a prey.
Janja: Mzingo, start the attack.
Mzingo: I'll be on my way. Vultures, treat!
Mwoga: Lions for lunch! *he and the vultures scatter around*
Simba: *see the vultures flying* What the?
Kimba: Vultures on the loose! Duck! *he and everyone dodge from the vulture attack*
Timon: Vultures! They're real mad!
Pumbaa: They're gonna eat us!
Zazu: *dodge the vultures* Hey, knock it off!
Mzingo: Leave us alone, if you may.
Pauly: We're trying to run here.
Mwoga: Run? For what? *capture Pauly*
Kimba: Pauly!
Pauly: Kimba!
Mwoga: The parrot's mine!
Nala: Hey! You leave our friend behind this! *roar as the hyenas come out of the rocks, laughing* What the?
Simba: Hyenas.
Janja: Well, well, well. What do we have here, animals?
Simba: Janja. I knew you're behind all of this, predator.
Janja: You're calling me a predator if we lions and hyenas hunt for all the other animals in the savannah that connect the Circle of Life? Ha. Bet you didn't know the Circle of Life is for fools like you and fools should be banished to the worst junkyard places in the wild like the Elephant Graveyard.
Cheezi: Didn't we ran off the Elephant Graveyard seasons ago after the death of Scar?
Janja: Yeah. But our parents that participate in the Battle of Pride Rock manage to escape from the fire when the war was going on.
Chungu: We were abandon with no mommy, daddy, food or water. All of us hyenas were banished to the end of the world like the Outlands.
Janja: That's right! We're gonna take back what you took from us since the reign of Scar!
Nala: Scar's death and you got nowhere to go.
Kiara: Creeps!
Timon: Stalkers.
Pumbaa: And predators with bad hygiene. *pass gas* Sorry. Excuse me.
Kimba: Let go of Pauly, now!
Mwoga: Oh, you want the parrot friend? Come and get him! *drop Pauly*
Pauly: I would have been dead if I were a ferret.
Zazu: Oh brother. What have they done to you.
Mzingo: We heard you guys were making alliances with the Lion Guard.
Simba: Shush! My son rule the Lion Guard. If he and his guard were here right now, they'll roar you out of the way!
Janja: Let's face it Simba. This land is nobody land. It's ours. Whatever we like it or not, we're gonna share it and you're gonna love it when I get promoted as king of the whole savannah.
Kimba: No way. What is Tom and Tab doing here with the alliance of the other hyenas?
Tom: No way. I didn't know Kimba is teaming up with the Lion King.
Tab: Yeah. That white lion is responsible for the death of our boss, Claw.
Kimba: Give it up, troublemakers! You're going back to your world, whatever you like it or not.
Tom: We live on the same book. You know what we're gonna do to you.
Tab: We got a big lesson for the two of us. Not just two, all of us.
Kimba: Say what?
Tom: *snap with his pal* My name is Tom.
Tab: My name is Tab.
Tom: We're experts at the punch... and jab!
Tab: We're laughing hyenas, too! *whistle*
Tom: You're Zero!

Janja: Charge them all! *his army clash with Simba's army*

Mzingo: You're looking for trouble today, puffins.
Mwoga: I'll eat you like a chicken liver.
Pumbaa: *bump every hyena out of the way* You're out! You snooze, you lose, you're slow!
Timon: Yeah. Kick their butts and make them suffer!
Kimba: *fight Tom and Tab* What are you doing here?
Tom: Looking for you! *punch Kimba*
Kimba: *roar* Ah.
Tab: He he he. The white lion suffer for more trouble.
Kiara: Kimba! *get blocked by few hyenas* Hey.
Tano: Here kitty kitty.
Nne: Are you afraid of us, small cub?
Kiara: No. Can you move?
Janja: Never. Bite the cub.
Simba: Leave my daughter alone! *knock every hyena out of the way*
Janja: Simba! *scratch at Simba*
Simba: *roar and fight every hyena in the clan*
Nala: *roar at the vultures* Where is the Lion Guard where we needed them?
Kiara: They should have been here by now. Every time these predators cause trouble, they always get beaten up by one of our friends.
Kimba: *knock out Tom and Tab* I got the bad boys.
Simba: *bite off a hyena and throw it at the other hyena* Get out of the Pride Lands. We're saying this for the second time.
Janja: Never. You're gonna lose, fur-brain. The more we win, the more we'll beat you in battle.
Simba: You didn't listen to what I said about getting out, didn't you?
Janja: Nah. The Circle of Life and respecting it is for fools. *charge at Simba*
Kion: *show up with the Lion Guard* Leave my dad, alone!
Janja: Kion? *Simba hit him*
Simba: Kion. You made it on time.
Kimba: Whoa. We got back-up.
Kiara: Brother's here!
Zazu: What a relief. They finally showed up to teach them a lesson.
Pauly: Do us a favor and get rid of these guys.
Janja: No no no. You can't be here. We're trying to teach your family a lesson.
Kion: You're grounded, Janja. Lion Guard, get them!
Bunga: Zuka Zama! *jump on the hyenas and throw a baobab ball at Cheezi* Nailed it.
Fuli: Huwezi! *dash around to trip at the hyenas* Piece of cake.
Beshte: Twende kiboko! *throw rocks at Tom and Tab*
Tom: Not the rocks!
Tab: Cheater!
Ono: Hapana! *bump every vulture around*
Mzingo: No fair!
Mwoga: What is wrong with these guys?!
Zazu: Glad you could make it.
Ono: Affirmative.
Pauly: You are just as fast as a bald eagle.
Ono: Common knowledge, really.
Timon: *jump with a spin* Yahoo! Lion Guard rocks!
Pumbaa: Our boy is in the team!
Bunga: Hi Timon and Pumbaa. *jump to knock the hyenas out from bumping*
Kion: *fight Janja* Hevi kabisa!
Janja: Ah! *scratch Kion*
Kion: Ow.
Kimba: That your son, alright.
Simba: Yes it is. I raised him after the birth of Kiara.
Janja: *grunt* Come on, get up.
Kion: Take this! *claw out Janja*
Janja: *crash* No way. I hate losing.
Kion: That's it Janja. You lost. Now get out of here and go back where you belong.
Janja: Never. This is our Pride Lands now. Our destiny! *laugh*
Kion: *the clouds swirl on him* You heard me. And now, you're gonna face it. Leave, the Pride Lands. NOW! *use the Roar of the Elders to blast out Janja's army*
Chungu: Not again.
Cheezi: Stranger danger!
Nne: Why does it always have to end like this?!
Tano: This battle, sucks!
Mzingo: Stay together!
Mwoga: This is the worst day ever!
Tom: Janja, help us!
Tab: Kimba, you're gonna pay!
Janja: You'll pay, all! You'll pay! *float away with his army*

(As Janja and his army are blasted out of the Pride Lands by the Roar of the Elders, a portal open up which suck Tom and Tab back to their world by crashing into the wasteland ruins)

Tom: Blown away again.
Tab: This stinks.
Tom: We'll fight that Kimba lion the next time we show up to his jungle.
Tab: We have a lot to train in the ruins.

(Back at the Outlands, Janja's army crashed into the ruins after getting kicked out by Kion's power with the Roar of the Elders, resigning to their defeat by the Pride Landers)

Janja: I can't believe we're back in the dump lands.
Chungu: We suck at fighting.
Cheezi: I was so close on catching that honey badger.
Tano: We had no choice. We lost.
Nne: We always lose.
Mzingo: Oh well. There's still a lot to learn on our next attack with the Lion Guard.
Mwoga: We'll be attacking the Pride Lands again soon.
Janja: Oh really? You know how much I despite the Pride Lands, we will be back with a bigger army and take down that Simba lion at the big pointy rock! *growls*

(After the fight with Janja's army, Simba and Kimba's gang walk on their way back to Pride Rock after a long walk)

Timon: Woo. You guys are unstoppable.
Pumbaa: Unstoppable as a bull.
Simba: Thank you guys. The Lion Guard saved us all before we could get eaten by predators.
Kion: It's all thanks to us.
Bunga: You guys saw me with the baobab ball against the hyenas, right?
Fuli: You don't have to bring a baobab ball to a fight, Bunga.
Beshte: Let him have his fun to take down hyenas.
Ono: I could have use a nest to torture at the vultures. It's just that plain simple.
Kimba: After a long walk, we're heading back to Pride Rock.
Pauly: I wonder what the inside of Pride Rock is like.
Zazu: It's a big den for lions. We lions reside in a proud rock and got many rooms to sleep in.
Nala: All the lioness gotta love the Lion King and how much he loves to rule a land full of animals.
Kiara: We lions are going to rule the world.
Simba: We always rule the savannah and we're proud of it.
Kimba: Being a protector of the savannah is always that easy than ruling the jungle.
Simba: But still, all places are part of the savannah.
Kimba: My jungle said it best.

(Simba and Kimba's gang return to Pride Rock as they catch up with Rafiki and few of their friends at the edge of the rock)

Rafiki: Hoo hoo hoo. You guys are back!
Sarabi: Look how big and strong you guys are.
Sabini: Always in touch.
Tiifu: You guys been out for long.
Zuri: How was it?
Kiara: I heard Janja and his army came back.
Simba: There were always causing trouble in the Pride Lands. Glad we totally knocked them out of the way.
Kion: I'm always here to save the day.
Rafiki: Kion boy. One day, you will be king of Pride Rock like your father and grandfather was.
Kion: I'm always stepping up on what Mufasa has assembled in the first place.
Bunga: Beats me.
Fuli: We'll still continue to lead the Lion Guard on this day.
Beshte: The more generations will come, the more the group keep on expanding.
Ono: Can't have a guard without a bird.
Timon: Kion and Bunga are gonna grow up like what happen with Simba and Kimba.
Pumbaa: It make me more sad and happy that they are growing up to become adults. *cry with Timon*
Zazu: Ugh! Every time we get moments like these, they always have to cry, like babies!
Pauly: They're having a moment. Let them be meerkat and warthog.
Nala: We would like to thank Kimba and his parrot for saving the day by defeating Janja and his army.
Kimba: Thanks a bunch.
Rafiki: Hoo hoo hoo. Kudos to them. You know, these guys are going to come back as always and how much they are stepping in the roots of Scar to take over the world, like those laughing hyenas that were loyal to Scar.
Kimba: Our enemies are always watching and they'll be back when they're ready to have a rematch.
Rafiki: Can't break the rules. You know, I don't make them. *see a portal open up* Ah! What is that!
Kion: Is that a flash of light?
Kimba: Everyone keep asking the same thing. It's the portal to my world.
Nala: Your world?
Kimba: I'm from another world. Look like me and Pauly are ready to go back home.
Simba: Wait. How about we can all come together for a celebration?
Kimba: Really? That would be nice. All of you guys can come to my jungle and introduce to all of my friends in the league.
Zazu: We'll be happy to join.
Timon: You live in the jungle? So do us!
Pumbaa: All the meerkats nowadays live in the jungle and retire on digging tunnels on every season.
Simba: We'll be happy to enter to your world if you like.
Kimba: You are free to come. Follow me for a celebration of food and water in the jungle.
Simba: Let's go my friends.
Rafiki: Ooh hoo hoo. It is time! *he and everyone enter the portal*

(Simba and Kimba's gang enter the portal to Kimba's world as they show up in the jungle and greet all of Kimba's friends and family as they embrace the return of Kimba and Pauly)

Leona: Brother, you came back.
Lune: Daddy!
Lukio: Welcome back.
Kitty: Where have you guys been?
Kimba: We've been to the Pride Lands and made some new friends.
Pauly: Guys. Meet the Pride Landers. One of them is named Simba.
Simba: Great to meet you all.
Bucky: Simba?
Bongo: Like Kimba? Wow.
Dan'l: Welcome back, Kimba.
Kelly: The King of the Jungle has returned to give us the good news.
Kimba: The other world is fine and all clear.
Timon: No worries to worry about.
Pumbaa: Hakuna Matata.
Bucky: You guys are fresh as logs.
Bongo: Nice friends you guys have.
Simba: Thank you. I would like to make a appreciation day for everyone that we will be celebrating in the jungle for fun.
Timon: Lot of food to chew on.
Pumbaa: And special meals you're gonna like.
Leona: Anything you want us to serve.
Timon: Let me see what we can offer. *see the grubs on the grass* Ooh. How about you guys try this one? *eat a grub and disgust the animals*
Kelly: You eat bugs? What is wrong with you?!
Pumbaa: Guys. It's not that bad. All of our friends eat the grubs and they love it.
Sarabi: *chuckles* The first time we feed Simba food, it was a piece of zebra meat.
Simba: Uh. How are we going to work this out?
Rafiki: The first time you eat something new is trying. The same happen with fruits.
Leona: Let me try. *eat a grub* Not bad. Everyone, we got a buffet to chew on! *she and everyone eat the grubs*
Bongo: Crunchy.
Bucky: Spicy.
Kelly: Delicious. But not good as eating steak, beef and apples.
Timon: See. They like it.
Pumbaa: Now they're feeling the Hakuna Matata moment.
Rafiki: Ooh hoo hoo. Let's get to the celebration!
Simba: It is time.

(The background song "It Is Time" by Beau Black plays as Simba, Kimba and the animals celebrate in the jungle as Kimba and his family play some baobab ball together with Bunga as Timon and Pumbaa feast on the grubs such as worms and beetles. Bongo and Fuli run together in a race as Beshte, Ono and Bucky hit a Piñata bag and break the bag to reveal some grapes. Most of the lions from Simba's pride join in celebrating with fireworks as they hold on to the lamps and throw it up high to honor the jungle as the animals eat some fruits and grubs together as well watching the sky with the Moon.)

Simba: As we all know, we are connected to the great Circle of Life.
Kimba: Isn't that the cycle where all the food store into the pyramid?
Simba: It's how we connect, it's how we move and how we continue the journey for the next evolution to come.
Kimba: My father always say to me that we keep moving forward in life to the next step.
Nala: We still run our prides, no matter what.
Kiara: It's great to live in a pride full of lions.
Kion: I still have the guard with me.
Kitty: One day, the stars will be watching on how we continue to expand the jungle and we'll be one of them when our journey concludes to an end.
Leona: We'll be in the stars with the Great Kings and Queens of the Past.
Simba: That's what my father told me when his father told him everything about the lions watching over us like the Elders in the sky.
Lune: Like who watch us all?
Lukio: What does he look like?
Simba: One of the lions the world have known that work with them by the name of the Great Spirit.
Kimba: The Great Spirit. Never heard of him.
Simba: Every animal has been talking about him and why he is praised by all the animals in the Pride Lands. The gods know we're doing great.
Kimba: Awesome. That's what I'm still ruling the jungle as a Jungle Emperor.
Simba: And I am the Lion King. Once again, we are all connected together through the worlds and every home we live in.
Kimba: In the great Circle of Life, we will continue to protect it by all costs and every animal will do the same thing like the lions.

(The background song end as the portals keep opening up, back and forth in the jungle as it is revealed at the humans in the lab were the ones opening up the portals to link to Simba's world the whole time throughout the story as the scientists study the other world and the origins of the Pride Lands)

Dr. Moustache: All depth and detailed the other world is where everything is all connected to the Circle of Life.
Dr. Lemonade: All the magic in Africa said it best. The walls, the mountains, the trees, the rocks, and the trees in the jungles.
Dr. Moustache: We wonder to ourselves what the king lion always do to protect his kingdom from predators around the area.
Dr. Lemonade: They will always be here with protectors like guardians to move the predators out of the way.
Dr. Moustache: They are all connected to the great Circle of Life. It moves them all and always respecting it to continue the cycle to give life to the world.
Dr. Lemonade: Something remind me of something that we always see in the jungle every day through the screens. *locate Kimba in the jungle* The white lion.
Dr. Moustache: He look all grown. Still protecting the jungle as always.
Dr. Lemonade: One day. We are going to meet him and tell him how much he has been protecting his friends and the whole jungle for all the animals to live and protect. We'll always be there for you, lion. *get up and leave the lab*
