(One day in the Pride Lands at Pride Rock, Simba and his friends are chilling in a cave den while hanging out together for a play date)

  • Simba: Great day we're having you guys.
  • Nala: Everyone is here.
  • Kiara: Hey dad.
  • Simba: Hello Kiara.
  • Kovu: Today is a new day.
  • Sarabi: Hi everyone.
  • Sarafina: Fun fun fun it is.
  • Timon: *eat some grubs* Look at all the grubs we found.
  • Pumbaa: *slurp a worm* Yummy.
  • Kion: You know what we're gonna do today.
  • Bunga: Zuka Zama!
  • Ono: Hey-a!
  • Fuli: Eye on the spots.
  • Beshte: It's showtime.
  • Kiara: Oh Beshte.
  • Kovu: You used to remind me of a bodyguard.

  • Zazu: *show up by flying* Sire! Bad news!

  • Simba: Hey Zazu and Rafiki. What's wrong? Why are you nervous?

  • Zazu: Guys, we have bad news regarding on one of the actors from The Lion King.
  • Timon: Oh, no.
  • Pumbaa: What did they do wrong this time?
  • Rafiki: Simba, do you remember James Earl Jones who voice your father in The Lion King and its 2019 remake?
  • Simba: Yes, I remember. What about him?
  • Rafiki: Sadly of bad news, he died.
  • Everyone: *shocked* WHAT?!
  • Simba: No! It cannot be.
  • Sarabi: *worried* No, it can't be true. Please don't tell us this is true.
  • Rafiki: *mourn* Yes. It is true that he passed away.
  • Pumbaa: No! He was a legend!
  • Timon: He even died as Mufasa in the actual movie too.
  • Nala: Oh, no. Not James.
  • Kiara: Poor Mufasa.
  • Kovu: What are we gonna do now?
  • Kion: It's sad that he has to go and completed his journey in the Circle of Life.
  • Vitani: Like Zira.
  • Kovu: And Scar.
  • Bunga: Very sorry for your loss, Uncle Simba.
  • Simba: Yeah. He was described as "one of America's most distinguished and versatile" actors for his performances on stage and screen.
  • Rafiki: Heck, he has also been called "one of the greatest actors in American history".
  • Nala: All of Hollywood!
  • Zazu: The funeral's tonight! Anyone's going?
  • Simba: We're all going.
  • Nala: He lives in us now.
  • Timon: This is going to be a very sad funeral service for all of us in the wild.
  • Pumbaa: It doesn't get any better than this.
  • Zazu: Oh dear.
  • Rafiki: Tonight's the night.

(At night in the Pride Lands, everyone is present for the funeral including the lions and animals as they all mourn for the passing of James Earl Jones)

  • Rafiki: As we are here today, James Earl Jones is an incredible actor. He has starred in a lot of movies like Star Wars, The Sandlot, Coming to America and the best of all, The Lion King.
  • Simba: He played Mufasa in The Lion King and the 2019 remake from what I heard.
  • Nala: If we were about to talk about Mufasa, Mufasa was a legend in the Pride Lands who give us life and introduce us to the Circle of Life.
  • Kiara: He is a shining star.
  • Kovu: He look almost like Simba in his age.
  • Vitani: His roles are aspiring and doesn't mark a miss.
  • Sarabi: He created a lot of childhoods.
  • Sarafina: He changed everything all because of him.
  • Timon: He's awesome.
  • Pumbaa: He was family.
  • Kion: I always have heart in him.
  • Bunga: He never fail to impress me.
  • Ono: He won a lot of awards.
  • Fuli: Especially Oscars.
  • Beshte: Like my father said, "One of the hardest things in life is having words in your heart that you can't utter."
  • Ma: He also said, "You don't build a bond without being present."
  • Uncle Max: And "Speech is a very important aspect of being human."
  • Zazu: We're all animals here. Being a human and animal is more important like growing in life.
  • Rafiki: Any journey worth telling is worth telling twice.
  • Simba: In the words of Mufasa, "Everything the light touches... is our kingdom. But a king's time as ruler rises and falls like the sun. One day, the sun will set on my time here, and will rise with you as the new king." *make everyone cheer*
  • Nala: Simba.
  • Sarabi: That's my son.
  • Sarafina: Great work!
  • Simba: Thank you for everything James Earl Jones. We will miss you.
  • Mufasa: *voice* Remember who you are... Simba.
  • Simba: *look up in the sky* Father.
  • Rafiki: Mufasa. He now live in all of us.
  • Zazu: Soon, we will be able to meet him in the sky once we die and become the grass.
  • Timon: Hey, I was going to say that.
  • Pumbaa: Once a king, always a king.
  • Simba: We will always protect the Pride Lands, no matter what.
  • Nala: We will protect it 'til the end of time.

(Everyone in the Pride Lands bow down and remember James Earl Jones as Mufasa watches the animals in the Pride Lands)
