Salehe is a male hippopotamus. He is the son of Basi and Zuwena, the younger brother of Beshte, and the brother of Kiazi. He is a member of Basi's Pod.
Appearance[]
Salehe is a short, stubby little hippo calf. He has gray skin with a light purple tint and a few darker spots on his back. He has three dark purple toenails on each foot. His underbelly is a pale purple. He has brown eyes, pink inner ears, and several short strands of hair atop his head.
Personality[]
Salehe is shown to be very impatient, and unable to wait on a number of occasions.

Legends of the Lion Guard: The Dark Prophecy[]
Salehe is now a calf. He is one of the many animals gathered at Pride Rock when the Lion Guard departs for the Tree of Life. After the Lion Guard, Makini, and Nguruma return home, Salehe is apart of the crowd that gathers at the base of Pride Rock. When Beshte arrives at Big Springs, he dives in the water and plays with Kiazi and Salehe.
