Rani is a female Asiatic lion. She is the Queen of the Tree of Life, ruling alongside her mate, Kion. She is also the older sister of Baliyo, daughter-in-law of Simba and Nala and the sister-in-law of Kopa, Kiara, Kovu and Vitani.
Physical appearance[]
Rani is a beautiful Asiatic lioness. She is smaller than her mate and all her in-laws. She has brown colored fur, with a darker brown stripe going down her back, as well as a dark brown tail tip. Her ear tips are darker brown colored, and she has dark brown colored eyebrows. Rani has a reddish pink nose, tan colored muzzle, chest, stomach and paws, and rings around her eyes. Her eyes are brown colored, and she has a bluish marking on her forehead, which was placed there to show her queenship. The insides of her ears are pinkish colored.
Personality[]
She is portrayed as caring, considerate, selfless and willing to sacrifice for her loved ones. She has become loyal mates with Kion and is communicative and loving with him. The two show affection openly, and Rani has become comfortable with Kion's family.
As a teenager, Rani showed much stubbornness at times and often judged others she did not know rather quickly. However, as time went on, she outgrew this trait. Although still very protective of her home and family, she is now less quick to assume things.
