Patch is a male leopon. He is the son of Ubaya and Atiena, and the younger brother of Ajani.
Appearance[]
Patch's pelt is brownish-tan while his muzzle, paws, and underbelly are paler in color, covered in darker tan rosettes. His eyes are orangish-red. He has vitiligo, a condition that reduces pigmentation on his fur and mane, and as such, has lighter patches covering him throughout. He has dull pink inner ears and a dark red nose.
Personality[]
Patch is quite straightforward in speaking his mind and can sound harsh at times. While he is brave, he on occasion can be temperamental and headstrong when he thinks he is in the right, to the point that he is quick to assume things and refuses to listen to an explanation from the other party. However, Patch can also be very kindhearted, and is supportive of his brother and nephew.
History[]
Backstory[]
Patch was born during the middle-end of his mother's reign alongside his brother, Ajani. Neither of them know very much about their father, as Ubaya was banished from the pride shortly before their birth. Due to Ajani's position as Atiena's heir, Patch was trained to defend and protect Leopon Plains and to support Ajani in his duties. When Ajani met Ayo, a princess of Grass Walls, Patch was amused by how Ajani immediately fell in love with her, and gently teased his brother about their friendship. After Ajani was anointed as the new king of Leopon Plains, Patch watched proudly as he and Ayo married.

When Scar commences his war on the Pride Lands, Patch is one of the many animals gathered at the base of Pride Rock. Outside of Regandi and Merah's Cave, Patch promises to his children that he and Shabaha will be back soon, encouraging them to behave for their grandmother.
