A Wonderful Royal Summit[]
Okala and his family unexpectedly arrive at the Royal Summit. Okala breaks away from his herd and approaches Mhina, introducing himself as the heir to the Dusty Plain impalas, and in turn, Mhina introduces himself as the heir of Leopon Plains. Finding the name peculiar, Okala inquires as to what the kingdom is like. Beaming, Mhina describes Leopon Plains as having everything from deserts to forests and every species and plant that can be named. His kingdom is also the birthplace of the leopon species. Okala, deeming this information interesting, resolves to visit Leopon Plains himself someday. Kion, Rani, and Kingiza walk up to them, and Rani introduces herself to Okala, revealing that she is the heir to the Tree of Life. Introducing himself in turn as the heir to the Dusty Plain, Okala requests to hear more about the Tree, and she explains that it's a beautiful and mystic place with many habitats and animals that live in harmony. When Simba explains who Scar is, Okala is in disbelief that a lion appeared as a fiery spirit in the volcano. At the end of the summit, Kuro's Herd is welcomed as new allies to the kingdoms.
