Mpatanishi is a male Cape Dog and a Drylander.
Appearance[]
Far more attractive than his partner Kigaga, Mpatanishi is tall and sleek-furred, with a handsome, unscarred face and a long, angular muzzle. His coat is dappled black and tan, with patches of white oozing across his legs and underbelly. His fine, fluffy tail is also white, though banded with black. A stripe of black is slashed down his head between his large, rounded ears. It appears to be rising from his head as a result of the longer fur that composes it, creating a smooth, straight tuft. More black fur covers his muzzle and encircles his eyes, the irises of which are a warm golden brown.
Personality[]
Mpatanishi is always ready to settle a dispute. A peacemaker at heart, he never fights unless not doing so will threaten the life of him, his mate, or his sons and daughters. Having fathered many cubs, he carries within him a strong paternal instinct wherever he goes. As a parent, he has become quite adept at solving their petty tiffs. He has also learned how to placate his bellicose mate when she is in a bad mood. Kigaga is rarely kind to him, but he in resolutely loyal to her and will always stand by her side, even if she wants him to fight for her.

Mpatanishi was born and raised in the Drylands. When he matured, he sought out a mate. The first he found was Kigaga, and the two started a pack.
