King Mohatu was a male African lion and was the king of the Pridelands. He was also the heir and prince of the Pridelands. He is a Great King of the Past. He is the son of King Khari and Queen Nuru, the older brother of Prince Choyo, the mate of Queen Chiku and the father of King Ahadi, Prince Kiongozi and an unnamed lion (to be revealed in Disney's upcoming Lion King live action prequel).
Description[]
Mohatu had brown fur, darker brown mane, green eyes and dark brown nose. His underbelly, muzzle and paws were lighter in colour. He had black ear rims as a cub, but he lost them as he grew up. His tail tuft was dark brown. He had a large muzzle and had a stocky build.
