Legends of the Lion Guard: The Dark Prophecy[]
Marsh Forest is one of two places at the Tree of Life attacked by Reth's Pride. There, Rani, Fuli, and Mhina fight Reth, Slash, Alasiri, and Ekene, all while they try to advance on Astuto's Leash. After Ullu informs Nirmala of what's going on, they rush to Marsh Forest, and Nirmala stops Ekene from suffocating Rani. Along with Fuli, they help her settle by a tree. When Kion completes his task, he rushes to Marsh Forest, finding Reth attacking Astuto's Leash. He makes Reth call a retreat, and shortly after this, the Lion Guard and Night Pride regroup. Later, Nirmala takes Kion to Marsh Forest for the next part of his training: having tree frogs jump on him. However, this is interrupted by Rani, who warns of an attack in Winter Woods, and they rush off. On another day, Fuli and Rani lead the Lion Guard, Night Pride, and Kingiza on a patrol in Marsh Forest.
Later, Reth's Pride invades Marsh Forest and attacks Saumu's Pounce right within their own camp. Ullu and Cara, noticing the alarming scene, immediately inform the Lion Guard, Night Pride, and Kingiza of what's happening. While Rani takes most of the patrol to Marsh Forest to fight, she orders Anga and Baliyo to find Kion and fetch him. Once they find Kion at Cikha Escarpment, they rush to Marsh Forest and participate in the battle, eventually forcing Reth to retreat with his pride - but not before he warns of a much more morbid attack. Some time thereafter, the Lion Guard, Night Pride, and Kingiza patrol Marsh Forest until they are forced to go to Bamboo Woods and Winter Woods to stop two attacks from the army of predators. A few days later, Ullu tells Orji that he can shelter in Marsh Forest and starts to take him there, but they are interrupted by the army of predators plotting nearby. During the final battle for the Tree of Life, after being overwhelmed by Reth's Pride, Auri calls for a retreat to Marsh Forest.
