Malka is a male lion. He is the brief stepbrother of Simba and the father of Kondo, Afua and Rogue.
Physical appearance[]
As a cub, Malka's fur was golden tan. He had a large black hair tuft on his head, and tufts on hair on his ears also. His ear rims were brown, and the inside of his ears was a dark tan. His nose was a light pink. Malka also has red eyes.
When he grew up, Malka's hair tuft became a black mane, with some streaks of red at the bottom half of it, and fluffy bangs went over his forehead (which also had streaks of red). His fur color darkened into a tan color, and his nose also darkened.
Personality[]
As a cub, Malka was fun-loving, curious and outgoing. He charmed many upon meeting them, and had a habit of getting lost. He often faked being brave to receive praise, which led him to be boastful and haughty at times.
As a pre-teen, Malka still liked to play and make new friends, but as a teenager he mostly preferred the company of his father and mother. He liked to listen to his father and mother's lessons.
As an adult, Malka still had some occasional pride and curiosity. He prefers the company of his lion pride and likes to take charge.
Biography[]

Malka was born to an unnamed lion and lioness. One day he wandered off and wound up in Simba's pride. He quickly charmed everyone with his fake bravery, so much that Mufasa and Sarabi implied they would adopt him if his parents never showed up to retrieve him. Simba was very annoyed and jealous of Malka. He took him outside the pride in an attempt to leave him there, but Malka began to cry, revealing to Simba once he came back that he only pretended to be brave and is prone to getting lost. When the two cubs returned to the pride, they found Malka's mother there, and she took her son home.
Later life[]
After Tama, Tojo and their mothers were banished from their pride by Scar, they found their way to Malka's pride, and his family let them stay. Malka enjoyed the cubs' company at first, but soon avoided them in preference to spending time with his own family. Tama and Tojo grew up alongside Malka and considered him their friend.
When Tama and Tojo's mothers died, and the two now-adults went back to Simba's pride, Malka visited them a few months later, wanting to make sure they made it there safely. There he met and fell in love with one of the lionesses from Simba's pride, Vashti, and she became Malka's mate. The two went back to Malka's pride and started a family, having 3 sons, Kondo, Afua and Rogue. They often visited Simba's pride, taking Afua with them, but Kondo and Rogue wanted to stay back at their home pride during the visits.
After Malka's sons grew up, they stayed in their home pride for a long time. Afua stayed back at his home pride permanently after Kopa ran way, while Kondo and Rogue became rogues. All three of Malka's sons found mates and had cubs, making Malka a grandfather.

- Malka means "queen" even though Malka is male.
- Vashti has freckles, which is where Rogue gets his from.
- Malka and Simba now get along decently as adults.
- Unlike his son Afua, who had ear tufts as a cub, Malka never lost the tufts of mane on his ears.
