Kasi is a lioness who lives in the Pride Lands. She is the mate of Imara and a member of Simba's Pride.
She is a supporting character in Legends of the Lion Guard.
Appearance[]
Kasi has dull tan fur with a light gray underbelly, paws, and muzzle. Her eyes are yellow, and her irises are blue; her nose is pink and pointed, her inner ears are dark and light brown, and she has a large tuft of fur on her head. She has three large, light brown markings placed on her sides, just after her ribs. Her tail tip is brown. Kasi has a very thin and lithe build, being much thinner than the other lionesses and more flexible. This helps her run incredibly fast and make it through a set of twists and turns.
Personality[]
Kasi is confident, determined, and proud. She has great confidence in both herself and her skills, particularly her speed and agility. Like Fuli, she enjoys being faster than her opponents and outpacing pursuers, showing great pride in both herself and her speed. This confidence, however, can also make her cocky and somewhat arrogant. She has a tendency to underestimate her opponents and overestimate her own limits. Despite her flaws, Kasi is also a very determined and dutiful member of the pride. Though prideful, she happily accepts help from others and is grateful for their aid. Kasi hates to disappoint or let her friends down. When she underperforms, rather than make excuses for herself, Kasi expresses shame for not living up to her own expectations.

Backstory[]
Kasi originally lived in the Outlands, and she and her fellow Outsiders lived in exile from the Pride Lands due to their support of Scar's reign. However, sometime after they reformed and were reintegrated into Simba's Pride, Kasi and Imara became mates.

An Unknown Threat[]
Kasi and Imara are attacked by Kucha's Clan at the watering hole. The Lion Guard, along with Anga, arrive on the scene and drive away the hyenas. Kion finds the lionesses to be alright, asking if she and Imara would like to come back to Pride Rock with them, but they instead wish to hunt at Mbali Fields. They soon bid farewell to the Lion Guard.

Kasi attends Amira and Koti's wedding. After the Lion Guard, Makini, and Nguruma return home, Kasi is apart of the crowd that gathers at the base of Pride Rock.
