Kabila is a lioness. She is the sister of Muujiza, the mother of Tiifu, and the adoptive mother of Zuri. She is the leader of the Ukweli Pride and the empress of the South Lands.
She is a minor character in Legends of the Lion Guard.
Appearance []
Kabila has a brown-black pelt, broken by patches of lighter fur on her muzzle, paws, and underbelly. Her eyes are olive-green.
Personality[]
Kabila is seen as stern, yet also caring and compassionate. She cares for the well-being of her pride, and refuses to conform to the belief that it is the responsibility of a male to protect and lead a pride.

Legends of the Lion Guard: Protectors of the Pride Lands[]
The Pride Lands Games[]
Kabila is the leader of the South Lands team that competes in the Pride Lands Games. She starts last for the team. She manages to score three points in the stone throw, and five in the stick toss.
A Wonderful Royal Summit[]
Kabila and Tiifu arrive in the Pride Lands for the Royal Summit. Kabila makes her way over Simba and Nala, and Simba says that it's nice she is attending the summit. She greets them regally, hoping they will commune and share what's needed to thrive before calling Tiifu to her and walking away. During the summit, Kabila brings up concerns over dry lightning, asking what they will do if such a phenomenon causes fires in their territories. Tiifu backs her mother's point, pointing out that the open grasslands of the South Lands leaves them vulnerable to fires, assuming this issue weighs just as much for the other kingdoms.

Legends of the Lion Guard: Battle for the Pride Lands[]
Kabila, as part of the South Lands delegation, arrives in the Pride Lands in order to hear urgent news from Simba, who wishes to have them escorted to Pride Rock. Kion and the Lion Guard take them to Pride Rock, and Simba leads then inside the den to discuss. Unbeknownst to them, Shupavu and Njano have reported their presence to Scar, who deems the news interesting. After Simba confesses that Scar has returned, the delegations are shocked and share glances with one another. When Scar commences his war on the Pride Lands, Kabila is one of the many animals gathered at the base of Pride Rock.
