Eating Grubs is a fanfiction short written by MarioFan65. The short is about Timon and Pumbaa eating some grubs in the Jungle Oasis, only for Timon to ran out and try to eat some of Pumbaa's grubs for his hallucinations. It was released on June 9, 2021.

(At the Hakuna Matata jungle, Timon and Pumbaa are seen relaxing on the big nest, seeing the sun with a lot of shade from the trees)
- Timon: Ah, Pumbaa. Don't you love the smell of fresh air in the morning?
- Pumbaa: I sure do. It's my favorite air of the day.
- Timon: You got yourself a favorite moment? Then good. My favorite would have to be when i raise up a bunch of grubs to eat up as a snack.
- Pumbaa: Are you talking about eating grubs?
- Timon: Yes, what do you expect?
- Pumbaa: Then i'm hungry for grubs.
- Timon: Oh yeah. That's my favorite food of the day.
- Pumbaa: Why don't we go and eat the grubs for breakfast?
- Timon: That's what i'm going to say. Let's eat them all up.
- Pumbaa: Hakuna Matata!
(Timon and Pumbaa eat the grubs on a picnic mat in a field)
- Timon: From the biggest goal, i love the taste of grubs on the picnic.
- Pumbaa: No ant can try to eat our grubs out.
- Timon: We wouldn't be starving on a empty stomach, right?
- Pumbaa: Of course not. Not in a few minutes.
- Timon: *realize that his own pile of grubs are gone* Oh man. I'm all out of grubs. I gotta go get some more. *hallucinate Pumbaa* Pumbaa, look! A ginormous rhino! *eat Pumbaa's grubs*
- Pumbaa: *look while Timon is eating his grubs out* Wait, where? I don't see anything. *eat his grubs*
- Timon: Whoa, there goes a pink elephant! *eat Pumbaa's grubs*
- Pumbaa: *still look while Timon is eating his grubs out* Where? I think you're hallucinating.
- Timon: *point out the sky* Whoa! A flying eagle! *eat Pumbaa's grubs*
- Pumbaa: I don't see anything in the sky. I sense something fishy about your hallucinations.
- Timon: Uh, whoa ho ho. Here comes the little mice on the ground! *try to grab the grubs as Pumbaa caught him for stealing his grubs*
- Pumbaa: Uh Timon, your hallucinations. We REALLY need to stop eating my grubs!
- Timon: *stop eating Pumbaa's grubs* I'm sorry.
- Pumbaa: Get your own.
- Timon: *pick up a worm* Oh well, that's the only little grub i have left. *eat the worm* Slimy... yet satisfying.

- The short is based on the Pat and Stan short "The French Fries" where Stan hallucinate Pat on things that doesn't appear anywhere or exist as Stan eat Pat's fries fast before Pat can caught him from eating his fries from being hallucinated.
