Chotara is a male Liger born in India, but moved to Dar es Salaam as a baby after his mother was killed by hunters. He is a major character in Tamaa's TLG RP.

Personality[]
Despite being a thief, Chotara is above deceit and selfishness. He is arrogant and even ignorant and reckless at times, but is also intelligent and kind-hearted. But despite all of this, he is haunted by past events and is relatively anti-social at times and is prone to hitting on lionesses in order to escape bad situations.
He also protects animals from either those who are terrorizing them or from humans looking to hunt.
A trait that separates him and puts him at odds with Kion frequently is his disbelief in the circle of life. Having lived his life in the horrors of reality, he is against the model presented before him on how life should be constructed, while Kion grew up into a kingdom believing in the circle of life concept.
However, he is prone to ramblings about random topics when he engages in an interesting conversation.
Biography[]
Born to a tiger mother and a lion father, Chotara never had a chance to meet his mother since she was killed by hunters in Asia, leaving him alone with his dad in Dar es Salaam Zoo in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania until he was 2 (lion) years old and released into the wild, but had to live and survive on his own while his father stayed in the Zoo. For the next seven (human) years, Chotara roamed the wild in Tanzania, stealing other animals' food and taking jobs in order to get something out of it and protect the wildlife, losing an eye, his right ear and half of his left one before stumbling across The Pridelands.
