Bupu is a male sable antelope. He's the leader of his own herd. He's very closely allied with Surak's adoptive daughters, Ilyssa, Melissa and Bozi.
Appearance[]
Bupu is rotund and powerfully built. He has black-grey fur with white markings on his face. He has large, powerful horns and strong legs. He also has a pale white underbelly and muzzle.
Personality[]
Bupu is often seen as crabby. He doesn't like being told what to do and is sometimes characterized as an antagonist. He can be very defiant, almost like a toddler. But, despite his negative characteristics, he does have a soft heart under that tough skin.
He has a very close relationship with Surak's adoptive children. He loves them with all his heart and would do anything to protect them. Bupu likes Melissa's politeness toward him, Ilyssa's submission to his commands and Bozi's patience and care.
