Boga[]
Babu is close to his sister. They liked to play as cubs, but they also bickered occasionally. As adults they tease each other frequently and serve as one another's closest friends. They are both ambitious and skilled hunters.
Mega[]
Babu is close to his father. Mega often advises his son to be less rude as a cub and taught his children how to pounce (like Mufasa and Simba).
Sabini[]
Babu is on good terms with his mother. She is caring towards her son and corrects him gently when he'd misbehave.
Kopa[]
Babu and Kopa were good friends as cubs, although Babu often teased or made fun of Kopa. When he found out his friend had run away, Babu stopped being as playful, and was sad for the loss of his friend. He was glad upon finding out his friend was alive, and soon started to playfully tease him like when they were cubs so long ago.
Afua[]
Afua and Babu are well acquainted, as they played together as cubs.
Tazama[]
Babu admires Tazama for her great eyesight and is friendly toward her. She is often teased for this by her fellow Lion Guard members.
