Azaad is a male cheetah who lives at the Tree of Life. He is a good friend of Kion and Rani, the mate of Fuli and father of Penda.
Physical appearance[]
Azaad is an Asiatic cheetah with yellow fur and black spots all over his body. He has brown ear tips, and the top of his ears also have some black on them. He has a brown nose, green eyes, and a whitish-yellow colored muzzle, chest, stomach and paws. His tail has some stripes at the end of it.
Personality[]
He is mostly portrayed as friendly and curious, as well as loyal. Azaad is willing to go along with most all of his mate's decisions and is nice towards new "people". Formally he was hostile and unfriendly towards strangers, as well as arrogant, but since meeting Fuli he has become much humbler.

- Him and Fuli are always seen together and are a canonical Lion Guard pairing.
- He was the first to become a new parent in Caldafox's fanfics.
- Azaad's name means "free" or "liberated" in Persian.
- Him and Fuli enjoying racing together.
