Ashira, the flying squirrel, loves to sing, dance and entertain her pack of flying squirrels. But what happens when she has to perform for the Night Pride at the Tree of Life and gets too shy? Will her big debut be saved?
Transcript[]
It was a beautiful day in Ashira's snowy mountain home. She was singing a lullaby for the younger members of her squirrel pack when her mate Tafu, overheard her. "Wow, Ash! You really do have a very beautiful voice," he complimented her. Now, Ashira had gotten compliments on her singing before, so this was nothing new to her. But, for some reason, her mate's compliments were more special.
"Thanks, my love. I've been practicing," Ashira thanked him.
That was when another squirrel came by with some important news. "Ashira, the Night Pride at the Tree of Life has heard all about you and your beautiful singing voice. They want you to perform for them!" he announced. Ash's jaw dropped as she suddenly flew away. "I'll get her," Tafu told the other squirrel as he followed his mate. In a nearby tree, Ashira was crying.
"Princess, what's wrong?" Tafu gently asked. "Tafu, I'm scared. I don't know the Night Pride. What if they don't like me?" Ashira replied tearfully. The leader wrapped his mate in his arms as Ash sobbed into his fur. "Don't worry, Ashira. I know you'll do amazing." he told her.
