Asante is a female hyena. She is a childhood friend of Kopa and current assistant of Janja and Jasiri.
Physical appearance[]
Asante is a dark tan-colored hyena with a long, dark brown mane that ends in fluffy bangs over her forehead (somewhat similar to Shenzi). She has many black spots all over her body, a dark brown tail, and green eyes.
Personality[]
Asante is a friendly and respectable hyena. She is nice to most all she meets; however, when threatened, she can fight back with strength and courage. She will defend her friends when they are in trouble and is very loyal. Asante also knows how to give advice for several situations, from either past experiences or gathered wisdom.

- She has a big role in Caldafox's first fanfic, even though she's only seen in 3 chapters.
- Asante is good friends with Madoa.
