Amali is a adult female harpy eagle. She is the Majordomo of the Tumaini Pride.
She is a supporting character in Legends of the Lion Guard.

Amali has gray and white feathers with black and white underlining. Her eyes are green.
Personality[]
Amali often keeps quiet and keeps her thoughts to herself. She is kind, caring and very motherly. She worries about cubs and young children in general, putting their safety over her own.
History []
Backstory[]
Amali was born in Leopon Plains to unnamed parents. As she grew, she was prepared for her role as the next Majordomo of Leopon Plains. When she reached adolesence, Ajani selected her, thus making her Majordomo of the Tumaini Pride. She also became acquainted with Anika, the Royal Mjuzi, and often took a high eye in the sky. She later obtained her own apprentice, Mraba, that she is currently training to be her successor.

It is mentioned that Zazu received word from Amali that the Tumaini Pride was heading towards the watering hole. Amali enters the den upon reaching Pride Rock, and watches as Simba and Ajani discuss the treaty and Kupatana. Later, Amali attends the Kupatana celebration.

Legends of the Lion Guard: Battle for the Pride Lands[]
Anika and Amali meet with the Tumaini Pride at the border, and Amali questions what is going on, to which Ajani replies that they are on their way to see Simba. Anika says that she'll join them, and soon, they are escorted to Pride Rock by the Lion Guard and Anga, where Amali settles inside the den. Once the discussions are finished, Amali heads home with the rest of the Tumaini Pride. Later, as part of the Leopon Plains delegation, Amali arrives in the Pride Lands in order to hear urgent news from Simba, who wishes to have them escorted to Pride Rock. Kion and the Lion Guard take them to Pride Rock, and Simba leads then inside the den to discuss. Unbeknownst to them, Shupavu and Njano have reported their presence to Scar, who deems the news interesting. After Simba confesses that Scar has returned, the delegations are shocked and share glances with one another. Some time afterward, Amali is one of the animals gathered in Msafiri Forest to hear Ajani's news regarding the revival of Scar. When Scar commences his war on the Pride Lands, Amali is one of the many animals gathered at the base of Pride Rock. Shortly after, Amali is one of the many birds in Hadithi's bird army that attacks Reth's Pride at Rocky Plateau. Later, Amali participates in the final battle for the Pride Lands.
Legends of the Lion Guard: The Dark Prophecy[]
Amali flies up to Ajani with the morning report, delivering news that all is clear in Leopon Plains and that every animal and herd is accounted for. Tatu asks if it's peaceful in the Pride Lands, and Amali nods, sharing news that all is well and that the clan of hyenas is doing a good job of keeping everyone safe.
