Aberash is the older brother of Kiapo and the mate of Emem. He's sister-in-law is Akili. He is the best friend of Abasi as well as the father of Sarafina. He is the father in law of Matoota, Mkali and Scar. He is also the grandfather of Nala, Mheetu and Sobk. He is also the stepfather of Sina.
