After the sleep over with Ethiopian Wolves, golden jackals, black-backed jackals, African Wild Dogs, bat-eared foxes, lions, and Jasiri's clan, Kion's hybrid cubs were off to Kilimanjaro with Rafiki, Vitani, Badili who was quite a friendly leopard, and Pumbaa. so the trip would be safe. They were going to spend time with Sokwe and his sons.
Kion's hybrid cubs were also going to chase water buffalo near Kilimanjaro even though no herd member would be hurt the cubs just needed to start practicing their skills of catching so they could find enough food to survive. Then the cubs practiced their tree climbing with Badili and their cliff climbing with Vitani. Rafiki took the hybrid cubs into the jungle near Kilimanjaro and Pumbaa helped them practice defense since he was quick and tough.
After their trip to Kilimanjaro the hybrid cubs of Kion and Jasiri went with Vitani, Badili and their desert cat cousins Sand Cats and Wildcats to the Embamba Canyon. Makini and Anga came with the wild cat cousins as well, they were going to do some training of defense so the cubs would be skillful at leaping and acting instantly while saving the ones they loved when necessary. These hybrid cubs of Kion and Jasiri did some training with Jasiri and the lion guard members as well. Mohatu was the cub learning the quickest during this training on the Embamba Canyon.
When the training was finished Badili told Vitani he'd be pleased to be her mate and be the daddy of some attractive leopons. So Vitani told this to Pride Rock and the next day there was a celebration in the Kilio Valley. Rafiki Reirei, and Kiara sang while Sand Cats and Wildcats paraded with the herds, then canines in the Pride Lands howled their loud cheer of Badili and Vitani. Anga and Hadithi quickly brought some tasty snacks and Zazu was the one who announced Vitani choosing to mate Badili. After the announcement birds did their more active song and danced a bit while singing.
